its not what u thought ,its a satellite tracker or device that uses Bluetooth

Quite a lot of them in the market fell free to explore

Its not an HD decoder ,however u can use it for FTA but u will be limited to SD channels I.e no HD channels.
I strongly advise that u discard the "iron ore' and embrace an HD decoder
