Sweet goal |
Germany to win. My favorite. |
RZArecta:The real ineffectual buffoon is in Otuoke sipping ogogoro. |
K9Uneet:'The other room' in that usage is a euphemism for 'bedroom'. So, I don't see anything wrong with the usage. |
K9Uneet:Can you point out any grammatical error in any of Buhari's speeches (prepared or offhand)? Buhari is grammatically sound. His only problem is his accent. But I don't see that as a problem because he's a core Northerner (Fulani). |
onnenka:Go borrow sense if you don't have na. |
Mujaheeeden:Yet I don't see the Yorubas in their native attires protest whenever a Saraki or a Dogara is under any investigation by the EFCC. Whenever Abati, FFK, Obanikoro et al (all Yorubas) are arrested for corrupt practices, the Igbos would always protest; when any of Shema, Saraki, Dogara, Dasuki (all Hausa-Fulanis) is being investigated by the EFCC, the Igbos would always come out in their numbers to protest. Then who's the slave between the Igbos and the Yorubas? |
mKc9ET:Una no go ever learn. Jonathan won Election here on Nairaland while Buhari won the polls. Ize-Iyamu won Edo Election here on Nairaland while Obaseki won in reality. How sure are you that Trump wouldn't win on Nairaland while Clinton will garner the highest Electoral College votes? |
Such a disheartening news! RIP to the gallant officer. When Jonathan was there, whenever such things happened, I was always vexed. I always prayed that those (Boko Haram) guys be defeated. I never tried politicizing the war against Boko Haram even when it was obvious Jonathan wasn't ready to tackle the menace. However, I'm surprised today that when any news of a fallen hero arises on this forum, people tend to celebrate it because of their hatred for Buhari. Buhari didn't say they've been fully defeated. But it's audible to the deaf, visible to the blind, perceivable to the anosmia and vocal to the dumb that the man has really tried. People have gone back to their villages which they deserted during Jonathan's tenure, some of the Chibok girls have been rescued. Do we expect the Boko Haram not to carry out any attack at all? For Pet' sake, this administration has done well in the fight against insurgency. |
dEastActivist:I don't even know why you are this daft. Is it that you don't even have anything upstairs? |
realglobe:Freeglobe, the low-life man who ain't proud of himself. Pls, go and face your ugwu exporting State and leave the Yorubas alone. Lagosians are not that daft. Ambode is one of the most performing Governors in the Country right now. So 2nd term is already sure for him. |
TonyeBarcanista:Amen boss! |
On behalf of Omenka, TonyeBarcanista and Caseless, I say we need a clearer view of those pictures. |
stexsy:Progress69, you finish work for this guy body. Don't even know what to tell him anymore. Most of them just type rubbish to garner 'likes' from their like minds undermining whether what they type actually make sense or not. |
Adminisher:Na wetin them no know be that. You're on point boss! |
FastShipping:It's not possible for us to get the Mr 'Right' you're craving for. Jonathan was a monument failure who can't point to a single thing he got right during his reign. His administration witnessed the highest level of insecurity, unemployment, corruption and all that which eventually contributed to the recession we are in now. If Nigerians could still believe Jonathan for almost 4yrs (early 2010 till around late 2013), I don't see why we shouldn't have that same patience for Buhari. When he came in, we were still under Boko Haram's threat but today, many people who were displaced then have all gone back to their villages/town in the Northeast courtesy Buhari's brave decision. I'm glad you know there are some areas where Jonathan failed woefully and Buhari is trynna correct the past mistakes. You and I know that the massive looting that took place under Jonathan is 'somewhat' responsible for the problem we are in today. Aside that, when crude oil was being sold for as high as $150 per barrel under the ineffectual buffoon and other occupants before him, they spent the money lavishly not knowing that there were days ahead. Now that oil price has reduced, do we expect Buhari to perform miracles? I don't think so! To add jara, most people don't even understand this. I was surprised when one of my friends was telling me on whatsapp the other day that Buhari was responsible for the fall in oil price. I asked him how and he told me when Jonathan was there he was 'lucky' because of his name while Buhari is bad luck. I asked him if he expected Nigeria's oil to be sold for $120 while that of Libya, Saudi et al would be sold for $50? He said yes na! The thing must not affect all of us na was what he said. Do you see what ignorance can cause? |
The Ugandans would soon invade this thread and descend on this man. It's their work ooo...#HardWork |
The examiner must be Funke Akindele. ![]() |
pyyxxaro:I rather see this smile than see that of Ize-Iyamu and Igbinedion. |
omenka:Rather, Northern agenda is still on (since he's meeting with only Northern CAN members). Those Ugandans and their funny wailing lines ehn. ![]() |
freeze001:Coming from a very funny shem@le! I have been supporting AC, ACN, later APC and Buhari since 2012 on this forum. You don't know the person behind this moniker and don't try to tell me how Berem supported Buhari as if I wasn't among those who supported him. |
PaulIdu:TonyeBarcanista, Omenka and Caseless would know better. She campaigned for Buhari day and night. Accepted! Who told you I didn't campaign for Buhari day and night? Who told you I didn't campaign for Buhari in the rain and under the sun? Do you even know who you're quoting? I could remember I didn't sleep and eat till 6pm the day Buhari was declared the Candidate of APC. So spare me that bullcrap! |
dollyjoy:What has turned worse? If previous Govts had diversified the economy from oil, we wouldn't have been in this mess. This recession started in 2014 according to Okonjo-Iweala. Don't forget that Malaysia is also facing this recession problem. They ain't feeling it like Nigeria because they've since diversified their economy. That's what Buhari is trying to do now. We are in hardship right now in Nigeria courtesy the previous Administrations. |
Blizzy9ja:What's this one saying? If you have nothing meaningful to contribute, go and 'wee-wee' and sleep joor. |
Jokerman:Were you alive when the past administration was distributing our money upandan? Some got their shares for spiritual consultations while others got theirs as 'pocket money'. Did they remember the days ahead? Like Buhari said, oil sold for as much as $100 per barrel and when he got there, oil price had already fallen. If na you, shey na miracle you go perform? |
Blizzy9ja:Why shouldn't we believe him? In the face of failure, some numbskulls still believed in Jonathan. |
Beremx:He hasn't failed ma. The past administration failed you! Pls can you let us know how he has failed? Don't bring up the issue of bag of rice though. Because we know better! |
Paperwhite:After, you'd come here and call him a dullard and other unprintable names. Abeg, who's the dullard now? Good 'radiance'? Chai. . . .You belong to Mama Piss' school of thought. |
Sibrah:But wailers would claim otherwise. |
