Am a sales manager, I work with an international Logistics/supply chain management company, part of the largest Shipping company in the world from Denmark. I like my job but its a close loop reward system, meaning, your salary is stable irrespective of your sales wins.

Apart from all the important and relevant scriptural contributions by all, fasting also helps to detox our system. The process of fasting has been proved to enhance one's health and during the process the body releases toxic chemicals that exists within the body system.

Though what you have done is morally wrong and its a sin before God, I want appreciate your courage to come out and confess to us all. Let anyone without sin be the first to cast the stone, I will never forget these words of Christ.

I think you should not tell your sisters for the sake of saving your family and thier marriages but I will advice you GET OUT of the house and find somewhere to live. Am sure you have friends in school you can squat with for the moment. Sexual sins are very strong especially when feelings are involved. I bet you there is no fighting you want to put up, you will always sleep with your brother-in-law again (am sure you know this by now).

You have to flee my dear, run for your life and save your soul, drastic situations call for drastic actions.

The first step is to stop leaving under the same roof with this man and do not let him know where you are living. Its only after you have carried out this action that you can think straight.

Next, you have to confess to God as well, if possibly go a church that the pastor do not know both you and your family too well and confess too. I know with sincere godly sorrow, God will definitely forgive you.

Tell the two brother in laws, that you are not interested again and make sure even you go visiting, you always go with a friend and your sisters are also around with their kids.
