Nice post.
I do anchor programs and events as an MC. I also write/direct stage theater scripts. Performance anxiety is a critical issue when it comes to facing audience but you can overcome it like I did.

PoliticsRe: Bombs Seizure: Sss Arrests Two Suspects ! by unclebros: 2:13pm On Oct 28, 2010
There is absolutely no reason why the criminal who imported these bombs shouldn't be apprehended.
On the Bill of Lading, the name of the consignee will be boldly written, and if no name is there, the notify party's name i.e the bank that processed the Form M name will be written. The official can start their investigation from the bank that processed the Form M and the risk assessment report RAR.

Finally, the agent responsible for the clearing of course knows the contact person that gave him the Bill of lading and other documents. Its the simplest investigation that can be carried out.

Even if the culprits are at large, at least they can be identified and soon they will be caught.

I dont expect the security agents to waste time on this one at all.

Am presently using a china dual sim phone and its a nice phone except for the funny ring tones and other errors. I want to change my phone to another dual sim cos I use both my personal and official lines and I HATE carry two phones. And thats the reason why i have not gotten a BB yet (still waiting for a BB with dual Sims, lol)

Is there a very good dual sim out there, i mean a phone i can receive emails, browse, Facebook , with a qwerty keyboards and large screen etc I can do all these with my present Chinese Mixcon S910 phone.

If you have any suggestion please help.

@Poster

You never told us what this white wife of yours did, Now you realised you dont want her again. I think you are a very selfish and lustful person. Having enjoyed her companionship for 7years, probably gotten your permanent residence you now want to dump her for another woman? what recently changed your choice of colour for women?

Yeye idiot. What you sow you will definitely reap.
What do you want NLs to tell you now? oh! you want us to advice you to divorce a woman that loved you when you were nothing, picked you up and helped you in a strange land? think again

Christianity EtcRe: Why Do Churches Pay Their Instrumentalists? by unclebros(op): 2:50pm On Oct 18, 2010
@bashy_demy

Thanks for your post, most if not all of these instrumentalists are member of thier respective churches, not ordinary members, they are also part of the workforce. when the church calls for worker's meeting, they also attend oh!

Meanwhile, some people are saying they dont do other things, thats not correct. From my findings, most of these guys belong to one band or the other where they make money for themselves. Some of them also play at clubs and gigs.

Do you really want to know the truth?

Imagine the girl in question is your only daughter, you sent her to school and she keeps hanging at her boyfriend's house before going and coming from school. Will keep patting her on her back knowing what she's doing.
Forget the fact that her parent knows you, do they also know that you have been camping thier daughter, enjoying the benefits of matrimony without wedding her?

What you are doing is morally WRONG! and its a sin (if i want to sound religious). Let forget religion now, this is morally, morally WRONG!

What suprises me most is that you have the audacity to come on a public platform like this to post this thread.

To the lady in question.
I pity her, she is selling herself so cheaply , but why are our ladies so cheap these days? OMG! Are there still decent ladies out there.
I no fit talk again

AutosSienna Gear Problem: Pls Help by unclebros(op): 4:15pm On Oct 17, 2010
just got this Toyota Sienna 2000 model in June this year from the States. The car has been performing very well until recently when i discoverd that the gear was not engaging as smooth as before

My mechanic changed the gear oil and discovered that the gear oil was black and has a burnt smell with little metallic dirt even though i just changed the gear oil less than 2 months ago.

Now the gear is not engaging as smoothly as before and mechanics are now saying i will have to change my gear, pls assist if you have an idea of what is going on.

@toorich

Please note that this thread was posted on the Religion section and mature people have been discussing their views either for or against, its been very enlightening to some of us.
But please I totally disagree with your opinion, and if you dont have anything to contribute just read along. enjoy and learn if possible.
Dont come on NL to castigate or tell anyone what they can or cant do!

If you truly know God, you will know that this discussion in not out of place for a Christian to discuss, its an observation we all notice and everyone is welcome to discuss about it.

Thanks to all that have posted on this thread either for or against.

EducationRe: Your Bizarre Experiences In Boarding School by unclebros: 4:28pm On Oct 14, 2010
My Experience:

Her is Mrs Ejaoku, I was in primary 3 at Lagos Mainland Local Government pry school 4 (later changed to Ijaodoro primary school).
Whenever you do anything wrong, she will ask you to strip shocked Yes Strip! (true life) and ask the rest of the class to put their head on their desk and sleep. Trust boys will be peeping in between our hands to see the person especially if she was a female. She will later ask the person to be bending and standing up at same time (ko ma kuru ko ma ga)

It was sad. I was the class prefect so i never got into punishment but i still cant forget the whole ordeal.
Terrible child abuse
Christianity EtcRe: Why Do Churches Pay Their Instrumentalists? by unclebros(op): 1:50pm On Oct 14, 2010
You all need to see the attitude of these instrumentalists brethren, for most of them, they dont bother about where they worship , they only bother on the pay.
Most of them hop from one church to another, not properly discipled as a Christian. When you chat with them, For those of you that kept referring to them as the Levites, you discovered they dont have ministry on their mind. All they know is pay me now or i get out of your church.

Now i blame the pastors that started this movement. The money has lured these guys from the rudiments of the ministry and the Word!
Christianity EtcRe: Why Do Churches Pay Their Instrumentalists? by unclebros(op): 8:29am On Oct 14, 2010
@martyns303 are we not all workers in His vineyard?

Lets live the pastors here for now, there are so many people that use their God given talents in the church without pay. So I dont think instrumentalists are different. Talking about Levi, Choristers do fall into that category but dont get paid.
Christianity EtcWhy Do Churches Pay Their Instrumentalists? by unclebros(op): 10:07pm On Oct 13, 2010
Dont get me wrong, i appreciate good quality music in church, am just wondering when and why do churches have to pay the instrumentalists? we have ushers, choristers, dramatists, children church teachers and so many departments in the church and dont get paid.

Is serving God with one's gift for monetary exchange?

PoliticsRe: A Lagos Church Gives Award To Deserving Policemen (pics Included) by unclebros(op): 1:17pm On Oct 04, 2010
The award is to reward the policemen for not demanding N20 from Church goer at the illegal checkpoints. Church members now have special stickers on their cars identifying their membership in the Church

Not true, the stickers is free for all, you can contact me if you want. We want to sensitize our people and start our own little change from the police, if we all pick one field of play or the other to start a change I believe our country will surely change for the better

There was no gate fee, it was open to the members of the public, it was even discussed on Silverbird television. The list of award recipient was given by the Area F' DPO. This is the first of its kind and the church is also set to do more for the police in many areas. We want to effect a change in a sector of this country , please join us. Yes We Can!
