Price is above the 4hr resistance and the present 1hr candle just exceeded the ATR value.
I really don't expect to see any higher close than the present hour's candle.

I get it personally but most traders don't know how to apply this.

Let's go practical. Given the signal; Sell gbpnzd @ 2.1740, sl 2.1770, tp 2.1620. Determine the lot size to use on an account of $31,569 if you are to expose 1%.

Most traders can't answer this. That's what I mean by I wish most traders can apply it.

@all, if you have the lot size, let me have it.

This is simply playing with numbers and I love numbers..
First 1% of $31,569 =$315.69
When you say expose,what you mean is if the price was to hit your stop loss you should loose at most the 1% which is $315.69...remember on a standard lot account which that figure is supposed to be 1.0 lot size is =$10... Before we go further, let's look at the position.
Having 2.1770 as stop loss means loosing 30pips...
Now,simply the question is what lot size will remove $315.69 from someone's account @ 30 pips ...
A newbie should do that and take the glory, that's simple enough. I MIGHT BE WRONG.

Everybody with their own style of trading
Personally I don't believe in all those systems or indicators
I believe everything is on the candle sticks
I believe forex is repetition, what happened yesteryears wud surely repeat itself
So the more you look at the candlesticks the more likely you can know the direction

But then what works for Mrs A might not work for Mr B, so everyone should approach the market the way it best suits him/her, the bottom line is that your smiling to the bank at the end of the day
