Note: Cables are passed underground in buildings but such would have been adequately designed and constructed.
This one was done even after the German floor, there will be numerous voids when this floor is eventually finished, it may not manifest immediately.

Use German floor/Oversite Concrete to correct it, it's an error that could have been avoided.
