An architect doesn’t build houses, a builder builds houses under the supervision of an architect.

OP wants to know who he’ll give the job to. I recommend an Architect.

An architect's job is to supervise when it comes to building construction. (From start to finish)
He/she must make sure all things are done accordingly. All other consultants too would contribute, they ensure their areas in which they are involved in a project are well done.
In mega projects, an architect will issue a certificate of completion to a contractor or builder in charge of such project.

I also want to have an idea on how Much blocks will be sufficient to complete a modern four bedroom flat.
Since most people have advised me to moulding the block , then work will begin on Monday.
I plan to mould 6’000blocks. For the building, soak away and fence.
I’ve not done planning yet , but i one to start moulding first by Monday so my mind will be on it . Cos if I fail to start again now, I might not do that again till next year ..

Note: I will not buy sand atall , cos there is more than enough sand on the land ( even the surveyor advised me to dig more sand out of the land to avoid cracking in future ).. this is my first house project actually.
My dad will be the one supervising the project from start to finish by God’s grace .

He is the first person to advise me on moulding blocks instead of buying..

You want to dig your site to get sand for moulding 6000 blocks?
This isn't an advice at all.
How will someone say the sand on site is too much?
Just take caution.
