Good Day Everyone, so i was about doing the foundation for my house. House is three 2 bedroom flats down and 3 bedroom flats up. The Engineer is saying
70 16mm rod,
30 12mm rod,
20 10mm rod and

My engineer friend said its way too much and dt he used 35 16mm for same building.

Please advice and suggestions are needed. Thanks
