loyalbae: To all those guys dropping numbers asking me to call, and the ones blowing their trumpet saying they got quality sperm (talk is cheap) sorry to disappoint but if you all think i will call, then you are on a long thing. @ unipol, whoever I agree to do this with, yes there is a possibility of it developing into something more than just co-parenting, but it is hard to consider married men. My take is...what else are they looking for? They are married and can always get kids through their wives. Me wanting to do this goes beyond just having kids for having sake. The potential co-parenting partner has to be committed to the kids. There has to be that passion of wanting them truly, caring and taking responsibility for them. That's why it is called co-parenting and not just a sperm donor @ austinosita, you got it all wrong bro, trust me it isn't all about desperation. It is all about making a good decision while it isn't too late. @ splinz, thank you for the advice. I will always be careful. It is a delicate decision so I wouldn't want to make a mistake about it. It isn't as if I will open my legs for just any man to come deposit his sperm inside me. No! Due process has to be followed. The right person has to pass a lot of my assessment tests. I'm not saying I'm perfect in knowing who is real and who is fake but I know I will be extra extra careful in achieving this. And maybe, just maybe, probably I may even end up finding love? So, to your last sentence...I need all the luck I can get. Thanks once more. Why not forget about giving birth and look for a life partner. I think that is exactly what u need, not really sure but the last Time I saw a lady looking for a man to co_parent with, she was sure she does not need a husband or a love, just a caring father for her unborn child. Can we chat outside this forum? |

Hello everyone, I intend to invite my mum to Germany vith visiting visa, and I was told she can only be permitted to stay for just 90 days. OK, but my question is if she will be allowed to go to hospital with my health insurance? I am using AOK insurance. Hospital bills here is so expensive, so I cant afford to pay on my own. if the answer is ' no'. Is there any other way she can be treated here without charges? |

loyalbae: I believe in love and I love love but when you haven't been lucky enough to find someone who loves you genuinely, you cant help but be patient. I know I want to marry a man I'm in love with but since I haven't met someone whom i love enough to want to spend the rest of my life with, I choose not to allow that deter me from my heart desire....which is to bring forth a child of my own.
Therefore, I'm hoping to meet a like minded genuine, caring and comfortable man who would want to go on this co-parenting journey with me. A sperm donor is out of it because I want my child to know and have a relationship with his/her father. Hopefully I would get lucky to find that man.
About me-- I'm of average height, mid thirties though I don't look it, good looking, brown skin and curvy. AA genotype, 0+
You-- Tall, comfortable, caring and ready to do this. You would be embarking on a co-parenting journey with me and so, should be committed to do it. We would decide on the method we want to use to achieve this...either natural insemination or artificially. Whichever the case may be, tests has to be done first. U did not drop ur contacts? U did not even say state the relationship is workable or can it be anywhere in the world? What of married men, can they apply? Please reply me. |

The poster is right because this is nigeria. Those critisizing her are equally gold diggers too. But the fact is that the hard working boys are passing through the same or sometimes worse stories. Is even has to be the whole family demanding from the guy. Nigerian people are mainly gold diggers, so the only suggestion is to try non nigerian. Our hard working guys have learnt to do the same, but we also face another challange of not getting the traditional respect men get in their matrimonial home. But honestly every white lover is willing to pay his or her bills. No gold digging, no longer throath for money. |

Please Nairalanders, my uncle is sudenly confronted with this eye problem since last week that he hardly sees with one of his eyes. We have been to many hospitals in eastern nigeria but all to no avail. My fear is that it could effect the other eye that functions well if care is not taken. So please, where can we locate a good and competent eye clinic in Nigeria.
Thanks in advance. |

desiji: You have already answered your own question if the Appartment is too small you have no other way than to invest in an hotel because for every individual it is assumed that a 12qm space is needed. The Krankenversicherung i.e Health insurance is not for you but your guest and the price also depends on the age of the invitee (when older a little bit more expensive the reason ADAC) your AOK will not cover your guest. that alots To your guest being sick it is a tough one because no insurance wants to pay. You will be made to pay cash when you go with your guest to a doctor and claim it later from the insurance and i have not seen anybody up to date that was succesful why, because they will claim the sickness did not happen in Deutschland but she had it already so they are not liable. unless you are bingeng your guest as per Medicine check which is going to cost you heavy |

Thanks alot for ur input, but please while i was going through their website i saw where it was written that i dont need hotel reservation for a family member who is visiting me. That it must be a wohnung or something like that. I have a wohnung but the qm is even small for my family living here already. So what is the way out.
On krakenversisherung, the part i am living, we are all using Aok and i heard they are the best but another question is what if the visitor is already sick, will he be able to receive treatment with his krakenversicherung? If not what is the way out again? |

My question is if the house contract has to be recognized by the size of the apartment or just any house contract. Secondly, must i have permanent residence permit or just residence permit? . adeekiti: Here is my own contribution, I think you should consider the one with the lesser quote, I don't do roofing anyway but the honest truth is this and why most roofers quote excess is because of the end result from the woodworks it's either it requires more than what they bargained for and it's very difficult to tell your client that you will need more materials to complete the works, there is an actual size of material for each measurements you get but the roofer will have to quote in excess but shouldn't quote largely should incase the Aluminium materials won't cover the whole estimated measurements, at Thesame time some roofers are too wicked though.. Can you talk to oga Kolashangone. This is the system in our country, may God help us Thanks thanks for ur contribution. |

Hello everyone. Firstly,i want to thank those who have taken it as a task to teach, inspire and motivate others in building a house without being scammed. i also want to thank the good people of nairaland especially the moderators and those whose job here is to expose the scammers. the only thing it takes for scammers to succeed is for non scammers to fold their hands. but the truth of the matter is that even if we expose or even catch or destroy 1000 scammers today, 2000 more are ready to come out again tomorrow. Nigeria is now a paradise for these scammers. the worst is that scammimg is fast becoming an acceptable culture in Nigeria, if not how can one explain the fact that salts and maggi have fixed prices in Europe but roofing sheets in Nigeria has no known price neither does the production companies has a clear website. i started building my house this year. Because of past experience, i tried to go to market by myself then hand the materia over to my workers and pay them for workmanship only. untill i get to roofing. the carpinter said first alluminium is the best. then he said it should be 0.45mm metycoppo. he measured the roof to be 490.9 and said the cost of it is 1,350 naira.i noticed he put a number to call and even insisted he wants to go to market with me which i hate to do from the begining. i went to internet i got first alluminium phone no, called them and their 0.45mm metcoppo is 1450. i called another roofer this same house now measured just 350 instead of 490.9 and he also said first alluminium 0.45mm is 1375. i called the third roofer who came and measured it and said it now measured 450, and also gave us a new price for roofing sheet. it became so clear to me that roofers are scammers, otherwise how could one house has 3 different measurment and none is close to another. why are they becoming the material seller and even giving discount in products they dont own? why cant those carpimter mind their carpintery work and leave the buying of the materials for the builders. why do they sell cheaper than company? Financial trust is something Nigerians dont have especially when it also has to do with quality. so my good people of Nairaland if you know any competent alluminium company in enugu or eastern nigeria that you know. i dont want to use any third party be it carpinter or agent. i need the contacts or adress of those competent alluminium company. Please the Moderator can help move this so that many will learn. |
