Education / Undergraduate Projects: Why Hiring A Writer Is Not A Bad Idea by uniprojectM1: 4:02pm On Aug 04, 2020
Project writing is one of the most critical parts and parcel of every final year students. Final year project is very important to every graduating student in Nigeria. One of the most recognized importance of research projects to student is it contribution to their CGPA. I know of some department that gives up to 5 points to research project work. This is the reason why all students are expected to come out with good grades after project defense. There are lots of students that depend on their final year project defense to boost their CGPA at least to some extent. The nature of the Nigeria economy today, you will see lots of students working and schooling at the same time and this might affect the outcome of the final year projects. I will advice students who are very busy to hire a professional writer/data analyst that can cover the gaps for them. So I ask this question: Why is there need to hire a writer?

Busy schedule:

My number one reason why I will recommend hire a writer services to students is because of their busy schedule. Most student handle a whole lots of responsibilities in their respective homes; they will end up having little or no time to write their project perfectly even why they know how to write it; combining domestic chores and academic works especially for those students that having little or no helping hands to help them do some domestic chores.

Not all students have knowledge on various statistical tools:

Another reason why I will still ask student to consider hiring a writer is because most of the students have little or no knowledge on how to use various statistical tools for data analysis. Some lecturers will demand their project student use a statistical tool(s) that they are not conversant. The SPSS, E-VIEW, MINITAB, R, LISREAL PYTHON are all statistical tools but most student do not have the opportunity of time to learn how to use these tools. Some of these students know about how to use these tools but don’t know the best statistical tool for a particular research hypothesis. The SPSS is the most common among all the listed statistical tools above and most students know how to use the SPSS but don’t know how to use the other; what then happens if the supervisor demands you use the other? It will now become a problem for both the student and the supervisor.

Some students are working and schooling at the same time:

This is another group of people that are having issue with their research work. Working and schooling at the same time is really not an easy task. I most praise those students that are able to combine the two. Almost all projects usually have case study. If for instance you are working and at the same you are handling your research work with a case study in a state that is very far from your place of residence, this becomes a problem because your place of work might not allow you to travel to the case study to make findings for your research work.

Other factors:

Here other factors could be little or no knowledge on how to go about project writing. There are some universities in Nigeria to teach students on how to write their projects while some do not. Now you see students that fall under those categories of lack of project coach will have this problem.

Conclusion
In conclusion, hiring a writer does not basically mean that s student have little or no knowledge on project writing but it is due to the situation beyond their control just as I have listed above. Hiring a writer will also contribute to the knowledge on the most recent format of project writing because most of these people rendering hire a writer services are professionals with lots of experiences in various fields.
Education / Health Education: The Benefits Of Exercise To The Well Being Of Youths by uniprojectM1: 8:52pm On Aug 01, 2020
Regular exercise is very important to the well being of youth; most youth hardly had time for exercising especially those that are working or those in higher institution that does not have time because of their busy schedule at school; some also work from 9-7 on daily basis and hardly had time to exercise. Most youths have very poor feeding habits. They eat lots of junk and in between meals thereby gaining so many calories than the normal 2500 for men and 2000 for female. These cause most of the youths to gain much weight than expected. Secondly, every youth especially those from the ages of 10-20 years require a lot of activity for good metabolism so as to promote a healthy living. There are many benefits youths can derive from exercising daily, one of the most important benefits of exercising for properly regulation of the blood in the body. Everybody needs proper blood regulation irrespective of your age. There are so many benefits of exercise; some of the benefits of exercise are:

Keeping fit: Exercise is a necessity to human health. One of the most important needs for exercise is keeping fit. There are a whole of things with keeping fit. There are lots of young people that are looking older than their age because they have little or no exercise. When you exercise daily you develop healthy muscles that will keep you body in shape. There are different exercises that can put your body in great shape; we have leg exercise which includes Squats, Deadlifts, or Lunges, we have push exercise which include bench press, overhead press, or dips; we also have pull exercise which include inverted rows, pull ups, or chin ups and finally we have core exercise in which we have reverse crunches, hanging knee raises, or planks.

Weight reduction: Another very important reason to exercise daily is to prevent weight gain; exercising regularly help in weight reduction. Gaining to much weight has always affected the performance of youth. Most youths in their twenties cannot perform other extracurricular activities like others because of too much weight. Exercising regularly help in weight reduction. From the lots of undergraduate project topics and materials I have come across I came to conclusion that among other forms of exercises, exercises that involves running plays a high role in weight reduction.

Metabolism: Metabolism is the biochemical process of combining nutrients with oxygen to release the energy you’re our bodies need to function. Your resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the number of calories your body burns to maintain vital body functions such as heart rate, brain function and breathing. Metabolism is very important for a healthy respiration; exercising daily will help promote healthy metabolism among youth.

Regulation of blood: Mechanical Effects of Exercise on Blood Flow. Arterial inflow to active skeletal muscle decreases during contractions and increases when the muscle relaxes. In contrast, the venous outflow increases during rhythmic contractions but decreases during muscle relaxation.
Education / Small Scale Business: It’s Contribution To A Developing Economy by uniprojectM1: 3:16pm On Jul 26, 2020
Small Scale Enterprises activities play very significant roles in the development of many economies around the world. Many developed countries around the world tend to have large quantity of firms. However, in recent times the world economy has developed rapidly and this development can be attributed to the overwhelming activities of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs), especially in developing countries of the world. Research has shown that many developed countries around the world that have attained high economic growth and development attained that because of their magnitude of small scale enterprises (SMEs). The small and medium enterprises have encouraged so many Economic activities in countries of the world both developed and developing countries which has also attracted international or global trade. Furthermore, it is important to note that the economic growth and development in all countries is highly dependent on the important and strategic place small and medium enterprises (SMEs) occupy which is as high as 90% of enterprises in most countries worldwide. The level of economic growth and development of a state is highly determined by the entrepreneurship activities as well as the high Gross Domestic Product (GDP) level of the State. That is to say in the history of the economic growth and development of a country, the role of small scale enterprise cannot be jettisoned. It is always important that everybody have a good knowledge background on small scale business. Most undergraduate student practice the act of small scale enterprises even when they don’t know it. Every country is giving attention to their small businesses because they are the major contributor to their economies. You will see series of undergraduate project topics and materials on SMEs.

Small Scale Business Enterprise

A small scale enterprise is a privately owned and operated business, characterized by a small number of employees and low turnover. The U.S. Small Business Administration states that small-scale enterprises generally have fewer than 500 employees within a 12-month period in non-manufacturing industries.

Contribution Of Small Scale Businesses To A Developing Economy

Empowerment: Globally, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) are tools for empowering the citizens and for the economic growth of that Nation. Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) are usually associated with rapid economic growth of countries which is seen through its role in empowering the citizens like through learning of different skills and becoming their own boss.

Innovations: Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) are the driving force for large number of innovations and contribute to the growth of the national economy through employment creation, investments and exports. Owing to the success of the Asian tigers, interest is running SMEs particularly in developing countries that are in the rat race to meet and reduce the economic and development gap.

Creation of jobs: Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) sector is the highest employer of labour and it contributes immensely to the GDP of any meaningful economy. These Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) creates jobs for workers who have been laid off from state-owned enterprises due to the steady transition from communism to a market based economy. SMEs are known as a major employment avenue to people and stimulate the development of the countries by promoting entrepreneurial and business skills amongst communities in the country.
Poverty alleviation: In Sub Sahara Africa for instance, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises are considered very important propellers for obtaining national development goals, such as poverty alleviation and economic growth.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises can be said to be key players in the economy and the wider eco-system of firms. Enabling them to adapt and thrive in a more open environment and participate more actively in the digital transformation is essential for boosting economic growth and delivering a more inclusive globalization. In nut shell, this portrays Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) as a propelling engine or system for economic growth and development of nations.
Education / Get It Right With These Seven (7) Questions During Project Defence by uniprojectM1: 9:43pm On Jul 20, 2020
A project defence is the last level to final year project writing. However at this stage most students get nervous may be because they are not well prepared or they are not sure of the questions that would be asked by the defence panel or their audience. There is always a case of students not been able to defend their project even though they wrote the project themselves. In defending research project, aside the familiarity with your research work, you must have an idea of likely questions that may be asked and as such be ready. You may find it challenging defending what you are not familiar with or have interest in. To have a good project defence, it is advised you have a firsthand knowledge of your research project. Go through the project work to get familiar with the research project. Therefore, since project writing involves undertaking an empirical investigation into an issue of social concern in the area of culture, gender, inequality, health and aging, population, politics, globalization, economic life, crime, the environment, etc., and is designed to give students the opportunity to put into practice earlier learning about statistical and research methods, you must also be abreast with all your findings and have a broad knowledge of your research work because it will help you a great deal in your defence devoid of anxiety and lack of confidence.
In defending your research project work you, must know your audience. Knowing your audience is to understand the caliber of people that will be in the defence room, the number and what is expected of you to deliver. Remember, the committee is on your side and want to see you do well. Try as much as you can not to cut short their expectations.
Furthermore, be concise and give clear information of your research work. you must remember you are only providing a brief overview of your research project, avoid unnecessary explanations and reading through your entire research project it can become boring to your audience and you are likely to be cut off by the committee.

Project Defence

Project defence is giving a presentation and vivid explanations to your research work and findings thereby letting your audience in on your objectives and findings on a particular research topic and making appropriate recommendations where necessary thereby adding to an already existing knowledge.

Seven (7) Project Defence Question

a) What are your project objectives?

Your project objectives are your reasons for the research which is mainly adopted from your research topic. Your objectives must be in agreement with your project topic. It is either you are finding the effect, impact or relationship of one variable to another. It is important that you’re familiar with your project objectives because it is what will tell your audience your reasons for carrying out the research and will also give an inkling of your literature review in chapter two.

b) How will you relate the variables in your project objectives?

To answer this question is to remember your chapter four. If your research work is one where you used correlation; then you can give the relationship between your dependent and independent variables same applies with other statistical tools used in research work.

c) What research method did you adopt?

The research method adopted largely depends on your topic if your topic is that which will require using a primary data which is quantity analysis or secondary data which is qualitative analysis and there are some project topics that you may require the combination of both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Therefore, understanding your topic will help you determine what research method to adopt.

d) What statistical tool did you use to validate your hypothesis?

This question needs you to give the tools you used in validating the research hypothesis; for instance if your project topic is about determining the impact of one variable on the other, then you should use chi-square as a statistical tool. But if your project topic is on the effect, influence or relationship of one variable on the other, then you should use correlation or multivariate analysis as your statistical tool.

e) How do you justify your research findings?

When this question on justifying your research findings which is usually in chapter four unlike justification of study which is on chapter one. As you know in your chapter four there is a column for discussion of findings and in this discussion of findings for instance if you are looking at the relationship between A and B then you look at an empirical study or a literature a particular author has done research on that is closely related to your research work, then you can pick some of the empirical studies from other authors to back up your claim. For example, if there is a relationship between MR A and MR B then your justification of your research findings will go “this goes in accordance with the study Je Arya 2010 he discovered that there is 70-80% relationship between MR A and MR B. this is what justification of findings means when asked.

f) Is there any area you will want future research to be based on?

This question is also called suggestion of study. Looking at your project work, if your project topic is on the effect of single parenting on child personality development using akwa ibom as a case study for instance, if similar study can be carried out in another state like enugu or sokoto then you can say you would want similar a study on the effect of single parenting on child personality development to be carried out on those states.

h) What do you recommend?

Your recommendations are usually drawn from your research findings which are already written in your project work. All you need do is to make sure you master and remember those recommendations.
Education / The Benefits Of Online Marketing For Small Business In Nigeria by uniprojectM1: 3:33pm On Jul 13, 2020
Every business in Nigeria whether small or big, desires improvement in both sales and growth of business. The Improvement is needed in order to expand their assets and also their market size. Since every business enterprise was established and created with the intention of being successful, several strategies are devised to keep the business going as well as make profit and commercial growth. It is also important that small business devise strategies to retain attraction of customers, improving sales and general business expansion which could be inform of opening other branches to get products close to your customers.
However improving sales strongly depends on marketing skills, ideas and techniques in ensuring that such expectations are achieved which will aid in boosting the performance of business. One of such marketing ideas is an online marketing which does not need the physical presence of the customer or physical pricing to buy any merchandise.
Therefore, the goals of every small business may include survival, growth, customer satisfaction, creating outstanding value for customers and other stake holders, developing new product lines and service offerings, profitability, reduced operating cost and developing a great company amongst others and will do all it takes to meet its goals and objectives even if it means going online and paying for sponsored ads on every social media platforms. You can read up some latest undergraduate projects to get insight on online marketing.

Online Marketing

In today’s business world customers do not need to come physically before their orders are taken and delivered to them even regardless the location. Also small businesses using the online marketing strategies do not also hesitate in communicating via email, SMS, internet adverts to customers. Today, businesses are closer to customers than they were in the 19th and 20th centuries. To understand and get an insight of what an online marketing is let’s look at some definitions
Online marketing is the practice of leveraging web-based channels to spread a message about a company's brand, products, or services to its potential customers. The methods and techniques used for online marketing include email, social media, display advertising, search engine optimization, Google Ad Words and more. The objective of marketing is to reach potential customers through the channels where they spend their time reading, searching, shopping, and socializing online.

The Issues Surrounding Small Business In Nigeria

The issues surrounding small businesses in Nigeria has raised many controls, monitoring and forecasting measures as well as the need for businesses to re-orient their business model and operational strategies into a more adaptive model instead of a reactive model going by the highly competitive business environment and unstable economic situation in the country.
However, it is worthy of note that marketing strategies for small business is quite different from that of a large business. Small business marketing are mostly informal, reactive, unstructured and highly spontaneous. This is so because small business marketing is used for immediate needs and little attention is paid to strategic planning and expansion.
Most of the small businesses in Nigeria (SMEs) direct their attention to sales in order to survive. For all issues outside of advertising, such as customer satisfaction measurement and improvement and design of customer service and support, the sales function has a slightly greater. One of the most prevalent areas in which a small business has problems is marketing which is one of the sole factors of growing a business and improving sales. You must also know how to earn your customers trust if you must adopt the online kind of marketing where your customers do not see you physically nor are sure of your products. Consequently, online marketing has been discovered to provide fast, far reaching and affordable for most businesses

The Benefits Of Online Marketing

a) It gives business owners the exposure they need

The exposure a business owner who uses an online marketing strategies gets cannot be overemphasized. It exposes them to the internet world and connects them to people outside their geographical location some even gets connected to people outside the country. They also get to improve on their marketing strategies from other vendors online; they learn other skills to improve their sales and customers trust.

b) It improves sales and revenue

One of the benefits of online marketing is that it increases sales and revenue. When a business experiences sales improvement it simply represents an increase in the volume of business revenue generated by an enterprise firm over a period of time. Improvement could also be in form of increase in prices of commodities and sales of more commodities or goods, it could also be an improvement in both. However, understand that sales improvement that occurs due to increase in price could be linked to adjustment in inflation and could therefore not linked to actual or real growth in sales of products. However, if the costs remain at low level, it could then be described as the real increase in sales and revenue.
Furthermore, an increase in sales of goods may imply growth in sales and this could be due to expansion in geographical business environment, increase in the number of branches, and expansion of quantity of products as well as the number of services provided.

c) It helps minimize expenses and stress

For those who buy products online, it helps reduce stress of having to meet the vendor face-to-face and even begin to negotiate price which could be lot of stress. Most online vendors display their products with price tags on them which make it a lot easier for the buyer. So customers do not need to ask for pricing or start negotiating. For customers who wants product that they cannot find within their location but sees it online do not need to travel and spend money on transportation just to get one or more products all they need do is to place their orders and have it/them delivered to them at little or no stress at all.

Conclusion

Conclusively, small businesses must have an understanding of how to go about an online marketing, earn the trust of your customers because no one would want to spend or pay money to an online scammer. Also there are cases of customers who purchase things online when it delivered its totally different from what they saw and ordered this will affect the business and your customers will lose trust in you.
Education / Covid19: What Undergraduate Students Should Do While Waiting School Reopening by uniprojectM1: 7:41am On Jul 11, 2020
The covid19 pandemic has affected all sector of the economy and the school is not an exception stemming largely from the extended school closures in all over the state of the federation and the world at large. School closures impact not only students, teachers, and families, but have far- reaching economic and societal consequences. School closures in response to COVID-19 have shed light on various social and economic issues, including student debt, digital learning, food insecurity, and homelessness, as well as access to childcare, health care, housing, internet, and disability services. Students during this pandemic tend to become unproductive and lazy. However is nobody be it a student or not is suppose to be idle or unproductive because as the saying goes, an idle mind is the devil’s workshop. So below are some neek peeks on what student should engage or be doing while waiting for schools to reopen.

Situation Of Covid19 In Nigeria

The year 2020 was welcomed by a deadly viral outbreak called corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), previously known as 2019- novel corona virus (2019-nCoV). COVID-19 was reported from Wuhan, the capital and major business city of Hubei province, China (Wuhan city, 2020). In a very short time, the disease spread across China and cases were reported with an exponential increase in morbidity and mortality rates. The disease has evolved and continues to be a very serious emergency across the globe. On March 11 2020 the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic, having met the epidemiological criteria of having infected 100,000 people in at least 100 countries.
However, news broke on Feb 27, 2020, that an Italian citizen who came in to Nigeria happens to be Nigeria’s first case of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The individual had landed at Lagos airport 2 days earlier on a flight from northern Italy, and had subsequently travelled from Lagos to Ogun State, western Nigeria, where he became ill and was promptly isolated.
Overtime as the day go by the cases of covid19 in Nigeria kept increasing even though the testing capacity is low. With the high population in Nigeria, there is a high risk of infection. Adjusting for this highest-risk population (i.e. older population), Nigeria has about 6.4 million people aged 65 years that are at risk of this infection. This is aside from other vulnerable populations such as those with pre-existing underlying health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, other cardiovascular diseases, and cancers.

The Role Of Nigeria Government

The role of government in fighting and during this pandemic cannot be over emphasized. The government set up NCDC (National center for disease control) to help control the spread of the virus and carry out samples for testing. The government creates awareness on the nature and effect of covid19 and also letting her citizens know ways to protect themselves as well as get help if infected or knows someone who shows all signs of covid19. The government also makes available personal protective equipment especially to front line workers and some citizens who cannot afford to provide one for themselves.
The government also created an isolation center for those who tested positive to the virus to avoid further spread and receive treatment. Palliatives were going to some Nigerians as well to help them manage during the lockdown.

What Students Should Be Doing Now:

Skills

Students during this pandemic period that schools are on lockdown don’t have to stay idle and unproductive while waiting on schools to reopen, they can learn skills to improve themselves and help them even after schools since getting a white collar job after school is quite difficult. Learning of skills during this pandemic will you as a student productive and also improve you as an individual.

Get a project coach

Getting a project coach for undergraduate research project ideas is another thing students can do while waiting on schools to reopen. Especially for those in final year you can use this period and improve on your project by getting a project coach to put you through. Most students are at a across road as to how to go about their project, but you can use this pandemic as an opportunity to learn all you need to know about an excellent and well written project.

Mastery of your project

Another way you can keep yourself busy as a student is to master your project by understanding the vital point so as to defend well on the day of your defence. Get conversant with every information you’ve researched on concerning your project topic to give you an edge and confidence on the day of your defence.

Improve on your grades in school

Some students are battling on having good grades or upgrading on their already low grades, this pandemic and lockdown of schools can be an opportunity to self evaluates your performance in schools and look for ways to improve on them to have better grades. And this can be achieved by giving more time to studying and more research and this lockdown has given you more time to do that.

Conclusion

Conclusively, this pandemic should not be times to be idle and unproductive as a student instead see it as an opportunity to improve yourself and your academic performance. Read more books to enrich your intellectual ability learn skills and give it so much dedication so as the get the best of it.
Education / Why Students Easily Fail Mathematics: How To Improve by uniprojectM1: 8:09pm On Jul 06, 2020
Mathematics is one subject in school that most students find difficult and in most cases fail the subject in both internal and external examination as a result of some underlying attitude towards the subject. Mathematics unlike other subjects in school demands daily and consistent studying and practice. Now, contrary to what a lot of students are aware of, mathematics is very much unlike most other subjects and cannot be mastered or even learnt by just attending class, sitting down and watching the teacher solve problems on the board. While it might appear that a concept has been grasped, a lot of students discover that they know little or nothing about a certain topic in mathematics when they decide to solve one on their own. Unfortunately, a lot of students never attempt to solve math problems outside the classroom. Those that do so most times do not solve enough problems to help them with mastery. The average student only realizes how little they know a subject when they are on the hot seat. However, the primary cause of math difficulties is an inability to create a gestalt image for the concepts underlying math processes. Individuals often attempt to memorize facts instead of being able to think, reason, and problem solve with numbers.
Mathematics is one subject that is relevant especially in solving problems in the society and it relevance cannot be overemphasized. Irrespective of the relevance of mathematics in the society, it appears to be difficult to students of all ages and at all levels as seen that many of them struggle with understanding and comprehending mathematical concepts and formulae’s. However this difficulty in understanding mathematics does not end in the four walls of a classroom. It precedes the classroom and extends into the examination hall and leads to failure in tests and exams be it internal or external.
For decades, lots of people and even the ministry of education in countries have tried to put an end to this massive failure in mathematics at all levels but have failed. This failure to put an end to poor performances in math exams can be attributed to a lack of understanding of the causes of these mass failures. Below are some underlying reasons why students fail mathematics.

Why Do Students Fail Mathematics?

a) Matter of interest
It is common knowledge that a negative attitude is a major hindrance to any form of achievement and growth. While this is quite obvious in other areas of life, it also applies to mathematics. A negative attitude could either be towards the mathematics teacher or the subject itself. Whatever you do not have interest in or give attention to will die a natural death. Mastery of any skill which includes mathematics demands consistency and full interest.

b) Teachers experience and exposure

That lots of students fail mathematics might not be because of lack of interest towards the subject but could be because of the teachers’ level of experience and exposure. Some mathematics teachers lack teaching experience because mathematics is not like any other subject that can just be read, it needs daily practice and solving of different mathematical questions. So therefore, if the teachers are not experienced they will lack the skill of impartation and teaching students to understand easily and mastery of mathematical formulas. The cause of schools bringing in inexperience teachers could be as a result of the financial capacity of the schools. The effect of inexperience teachers is seen students performance in external examinations like WAEC, NECO, and JAMB etc. Students who are writing their undergraduate projects work are also experiencing this issue. There is need for school administration and management to look into this issue.

c) Lack of instructional materials

Mathematics cannot be taught without instructional materials. The absence of instructional materials makes it more difficult to teach and comprehend mathematics. Instructional materials are mathematical text books etc.

d) Lack of conducive environment for learning

Mathematics is a subject that requires a lot of attention both on the part of the student as well as on the part of the teachers. This implies that if the classroom is situated in a place where people can easily be distracted, in the long run, it will lead to a lack of understanding of the subject. Occurrences such as this which will definitely lead to failure in mathematics exams.

How To Improve

a) Get a mathematics coach

As a student who finds fails mathematics and sees it as a difficult subject to pass can get a mathematics coach to enhance his/her learning of mathematics. After been taught in school, your coach will help you understand it better and will even pay more attention to you unlike the classroom with any students to be attended to plus the distraction that comes with it.

b) Form group reading

Group reading have been known to greatly improve on the academic performance of students. When you study in group it increases your knowledge on the subject matter. Group reading is highly recommended for students because it includes both the intelligent and dull ones the intelligent ones will help the dull ones on the subject under discussion and for mathematics subject it is advisable and encouraged to study in groups.

c) Establish a close relationship with your teachers

It is said that whatever you love you give attention to and start becoming it. In the case of solving the failure of mathematics, it is advised to establish a close relationship with your mathematics teachers.

Conclusion

Conclusively, students should understand that mathematics is not as difficult as they see it. They need to keep practicing daily and solving lots of mathematical questions as well as ask their teachers questions if they don’t understand any topic.

Business / How Poor Credit Management Is Affecting Business In Nigeria by uniprojectM1: 12:51pm On Jul 05, 2020
Credit management is very important to any business in Nigeria; the principles of credit management are not all applicable to business under the service sector but also those in the manufacturing sector in Nigeria. But the term credit management is mostly heard in the banking sector or any other financial institution or any business or organizations that are giving out loans to their staff or customers.

What Is Credit Management?

Credit management is the process of granting credit, setting the terms it's granted on, recovering this credit when it's due, and ensuring compliance with company credit policy, among other credit related functions.
How does poor credit management affect businesses in Nigeria?
Every layman knows that poor credit management is not healthy for all businesses in Nigeria. However most of them do not really know the implication of poor credit management to business. No matter how much funding a business has; poor credit management can cause the following problems:

Rejection Of Loan Application

Loan rejection is not good news to those seeking financial assistance from any financial organization or institution in Nigeria. Loan rejection comes as a result of most financial institutions inability to recover all the loans given out to individuals and other organization seeking loans.
Inability To Acquire Inventory
Poor credit management has effect on financial institutions ability to acquire inventory. The return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE) will be greatly affected as a result of poor credit management.

Liquidation of the business

Liquidity is very common in Nigeria among businesses today; every organization fight to make sure they remain strong in their business ventures for years and to ensure growth and development in terms of profitability. We all know that profitability level of any business venture is seen from their return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). Organisations that fails in the areas of improving their return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) end up going bankrupt which thereby leads to liquidation.

Liquidation is the process in accounting by which a company is brought to an end in the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Australia, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, Cyprus, United States and Italy. The assets and property of the company are redistributed.
Liquidation is something that no business owner should take likely. The growth of any business is dependent on the profitability level and the management of credits. If any business is able to control these two occurrences; they stand a chance to compete in today business world
.

Conclusion

In conclusion, poor credit management is affecting business in Nigeria especially the finance providers. We have found out that there are basically three major resultants of poor credit management which are Loan rejection, poor inventory management and liquidity.

Education / The Need For Counseling Services In Nigeria Schools by uniprojectM1: 7:34pm On Jun 21, 2020
Guidance and counseling over the years has been helpful in areas of social, psychological well being among students in Nigeria schools. There are some notable reasons why there is need for guidance and counseling services in Nigeria secondary schools. Some of the reasons are:

It helps control emotional trauma among students

In Nigeria today, lots of children are going through one trauma or the other; the most prevalent trauma children go through especially the girl child is the issue of rape. Recently, the number of rape cases in Nigeria is worrisome especially among teenage girls. The trauma if not properly counseled might be with the girl child for a long time. Most of them start developing hatred for the male students in school.

See Samples Of Guidance And Counseling Project Topics

This trauma can only go away by the help of a counselor. Some of the mistake most schools make is engaging the services of a male counselor to counsel female students that are going through trauma especially those with rape cases.
