[b]Excision: From the root verb "excise," the process by which a land previously under government acquisition or control is released and made free for private ownership is called "Excision." Most lands on Lagos Island have been generally acquired by the government. Hence, government releases them gradually to the concerned communities and villages through the process called Excision. 2. Gazette: A successful excision process is usually published by the government in an official record called a gazette. As a title to land, it is a record which shows that the land is free from any form of government interests or encumbrances. [b]These pictures show what a Gazette looks

Democracy in Naija .... ![]() |
pocohantas:I support u Poco jare... What's her problem, I mistakenly addressed a Doctorate degree holder as Mr and he quickly corrected me. So addressing her as an unmarried woman and she corrected you means she is carrying marriage on her head, she nu well That lady is just bitter ....I smell Jealousy hmmm
|
Indeed the world is coming to an end were no shame and I don't care attitude is the order of the day. Those are no strippers but prostitute, what am I even saying STRIPPERS=PROSTITUTE. |
Well this need to be verified properly and confirmed...we can just conclude with what op wrote above . |
The Buhari factor .... |
victorian:okay Vicky I got your message clearly, in this particular case she can't be tagged a prostitute since the willingness is coming from the man to do whatever he wants to do with his money on her ...No No she can't be called a prostitute, infact I will say to her enjoy 'Na ya day break ' .lol However, we pray the goodies continues cos if (conditional) there is economic downturn on the part of the man, and the lady changes in behaviour drastically or even left him, then it is not out of place if the lady is tagged a gold digger and most gold diggers are prostitute if not all . Ciao |
;Dchaii seriously the babe is cute sha |
victorian:her focus is on the financial power of the individual... Just that she didn't arrange the words well. Be that as it may, let me help arrange those words well and in detail... If the sole aim of dating a guy is cos of his money then these possible outcome will credit her as a prostitute. 1). If she refuses to open her pussy until she sees money in her hand ( the money for hand back for ground rule) then she has gone commercial, she is an olosho ..infact this is the core of prostitution. 2). If she demands for money after sex in whatever form then she is a prostitute. 3). If she exchanges sex for material gifts such as houses, cars, Gold neckless e.t.c she is a prostitute. 4. This may seem light but can still hold water : if she uses sex to appreciate favours done to her CONTINUOUSLY she is prostitute. Moyo wasn't wrong afterall cos majority of ladies today are dating purely because of cash. As for your above question for a lady to date a broke guy were money is not the underlying factor here is either the dick game is good or love. She can't be called a prostitute if there was no exchange of sex with money or material gifts . I hope she didn't strike a chord tho ![]() |
Am just shorts of words right now. |
Well op you are a matured human and you know what you want and what is good for you & what is bad for you too. You will have to bear the consequences for your actions tho. Indeed I must agree that some married women are hot and tempting, many won't just allow me rest and I find it irritating cos nobody forced you into marriage go stick to your husband. Op there are single babes everywhere, so what is with another man's wife. Three things I can't Do knowingly. 1. Having sex with a married women . 2. Having sex with children. 3. Having sex with fellow man. Am not condemning anybody we all have different standards and view of life. So op if you ask for my advice I will tell you NOT to. |
There is one thing I have understood about life.... I agree with you to a large extent though op but LIFE has no formula, what works perfectly for one may certainly not work for another . In maths 1+1 is 2 anyday, anywhere, anytime but not so in life, the race is not to the strong but by the grace of God. I have seen brilliant men in poverty and dull men live in wealth, I have seen morally right men in poverty and questionable character men live in affluence, I have seen first class searching for job, and no certificate holder work in big establishment,I have seen seemily smart guys not making it big, he just can't get it right after several trials but just one button pressed by a seemily lazy Buffon and gbam riches falls on him, I can go on and on . Like I said life has no formula, even an individual who spent 20 yrs in jail came out hustled and overtook financially his peers who never went to jail.you can't tie any definition to life, No you can't , but you can only summarise life as a " teacher the more we live the more we learn "your learning stops when you die. |
lilwetdick:Everytime I see your moniker I just laugh cos all I remember is the "hate" guy, how can somebody dedicate almost one-third of his post just to get back at another individual, you can say all you like about Alpha males or whatever, it won't Change the fact that there are certain guyz who have succeeded in unlocking the key in understanding women behaviour, you can keep worshiping women cos they are gods to you for all I care .. Your hate for ubunja and those who subscribe to the write up of this brilliant man will be your undoing, the guy is intelligent and sound couple with the fact that he is bringing something to the table for guys to learn, but what's your contribution, nothing but to attack him, come to think it you are not even a female, even the females on this section have taken a chill pill but you will never rest ...you sleep is ubunja, wake up ubunja, eat ubunja, even wen fuvcking you tinking ubunja. ...gosh u r so boring . This is the reason I believe you are sick cos you said it yourself and you need help. https://www.nairaland.com/5119753/how-cure-disease-it-severe Spits !

AntiBrutus:ok, only broke girls reserved the right to be an olosho abi...you sound/have a broke mentality. Cheating in relationship has nothing to do with an individual financial status OK, it's a character thing . At least he brought something to the table a ceiling fan, what do broke ladies bring if not some broke infested smelling drilled waterlogged pussy .. |
I really do not know how we got to this level as a country, we have suddenly become a laughing stock among nations ...oooo what a shame. |
2buffagain:hey bro you are so correct this is who they are selfish, self centered, in this particular area there is no gender equality... For them it is constitutional that only the man should be the provider...you marry a feminist at your own risk. I will keep emphasising on it the best way to express love and know if a woman actually loves you is in GIVING ...not giving of pussy, or time ( cos you can get pussy by even twisting your finger, time is even to some extent a better measurement) but the true test is giving of her material and financial resources. A woman who is not a giver is not a lover, she is only decieving, and she is not committed to that relationship cos the highest committment a woman can ever give in any relationship lies in giving out her resources. You see Anything you tend to be giving attention to either time and most importantly your hard earned resources you naturally get committed to it, reason why most men for in love anyhow in relationship these days. Guyz don't ever marry or even date a woman that don't let go of her resources no matter how much you have as a man cos there is no love inside her, is a luxury you can't afford, cos when the chips her down for you are real self surfaces. The reaction of ladies to the above buttresses my point further. |
Two can play the game that is what Obaseki is doing to Oshio .....nobody reigns forever soon oshio will be a thing of the past when it comes to politics in Edo state. #sayNotogodfatherism. |
@MariaLavina My little opinion Yes everybody can learn to love, its a choice we consciously make even though love is also a feeling but it's more of a choice we make ( a decision ). You can choose to love . To me love is not a gift but a fruit of the spirit that can be cultivated and nortured to grow. For example there is nothing like that man/woman love God so much and was just born and gifted to love God...No No he/she choose to love God, he/she made a choice to love God. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Rev 3:20 You can choose not to open the door ..it's a choice, and any choice made can be improved upon during this process your learning . |
Hey Ubunja this was indeed a great write up I must confess, you indeed hit the nail on the head...nice one bro That said, there is one thing about Ubunja's write up if you smart and intelligent, as you are reading you start to relate it to your everyday life, you begin to see were you got it all wrong from your past relationships or a girl that would have been yours easily if you actually followed the rules, it also helps you to evaluate your present relationship if you are doing the right thing and also for future cases. It unravels the practicality in the dating world. I have indeed learnt alot and applied so many and it just work with relative ease .. For the individuals who share otherwise views especially guyz well I would tell you to take your minds of his private life & throw the hate away, sit down and put your mind into these writings ( the ones that suits you ) and put them to work ( cos there lies the result ) and see if it will work for you instead of hating, if you don't want them stop opening the thread simple . Even certain ladies seems to agree to some extent with what this genius is saying ...imagine a lady and a guy is just hating ...I personally feel is becos of Jealousy, a renowned singer Ednar Ogoli once said that "Jealousy is the root of hatred". These things work I personally demanded for the PDF copy of the Bang rule as well as Advanced bang rule by Charles Ineji and I must confess it worked like magic when applied . Keep up with the nice work ubunja, am a FAN. |
