In conclusion, Please let us read and understand this Express Entry Process before asking questions. Many questions here are totally unnecessary. Meanwhile, for those of you, attacking Canadianfly, i'll say there's no need for it. She's just teaching us to learn the hard way. Smart people see sense in her sarcastic answers. Some others feel she's too harsh. There'll come a time when her response will make sense to all of us.
I rest my case. Really Ms Langan!!! so which of the sarcasm should I make sense of? the grammar policing or the constant bashing in form of sarcasm. For the record, no one is attacking her rather correcting a wrong. If you have low people skills and can't be polite just ignore. Behind most monikers here are adults and as such should be treated with courtesy just the way you would like to be treated. P.S I am not against encouraging people to do personal research for the journey or read from page zero but please do it with courtesy. |

Canadianfly: Nahhh. You need to evaluate your JSCE transcript from JSS3 with your MSc to claim "three or more certificates". The 3 in JSS3 will be evaluated to represent 3 certificates. So your CRS will be like 700. Good luck. This is so wrong at many levels. You could have choose to ignore or point him to a direction where he could get answers instead of throwing jabs like this. |

Elfmannisback: Toh.. Go claim. I have got mine since March 13 and 23. Write ur complaint letter to explain why u used a Canadian address but u are in Nigeria, a Nigerian and never been to Canada. This is because the final mail before crediting ur account comes with the used mailing address. So go clarify things. You still don't like my answer and the speed.. It is all for free for now, Well, in my defence they never made it compulsory to use the mailing address of one's country of residence plus I get to save more using the foreign one so I gave it a shot. Thanks for the idea of the letter even though it came in form of a jab but I think I might pass on this one and look forward to PPR. |

I'll advice you read what you type before posting or if it's a robot that helps you in delivering responses please check it for bugs when you finally get this. dumsydsassy1: My husband is coming from the same test center. Lights went off during section 4 of listening but they played back the whole section 4! That means they listened to it twice! And even asked everyone if they were good. BC will never do that one. He also said the speakers were very clear, he heard everything.. and they were only 35 candidates writing. He also did his speaking test twice! Because the first time after the examiner gave him the cue card, before he started talking she started asking him the meaning of his middle name. After explaining, she said test was over. He complained after the test. Later that evening they called n rescheduled the test for the next day. Different examiner and test went as normal. So i think we should try and cut IDP some slack.. they are really flexible, at least in Abuja. When you complain, they listen. Truly, we need to cut IDP some slack as healthy competition would really do us some good in terms of price and favourable marking scheme. "Hell will have to freeze over" before BC would restart a tape for service failure. Last, last they will tell you to fill a complaint form which I doubt ever gets attention. |

luffyhaki: he's actually right...A lot of people are weak in spelling particularly when writing mostly because our phones and computers have spell checkers built into them and auto complete. He wouldn't know the importance because he is done with BC. Just imagine struggling in the exam hall with spellings like "commitment" whether it should be one or double "t" or "occurrence" whether it should one or double "r". You have three spelling issues like this on listening section plus the dicey the plural words with "s" you are not sure you heard correctly; a couple of unsure multiple choice and matching heading answers and "gbam!!! 7.5 on listening don hug you o" if God does not intervene. |

Hi, For those writing IELTS tomorrow, I strongly recommend you try and learn the correct spelling of as many words as possible but not big words like "islets of Langerhans" and co , just the common ones e.g "a lot" which I always join together or "grammar" which I confuse with "grammer". You do not want to lose cheap marks over spellings.Plus "BC no go reason say you suppose add "s" or "a" make dem add am for you" . For instance: I just learnt how to spell potato today after more than nine years of studying English. choi!!! |

Nazor83: Okay. Thanks. - Find out the British council office location that sent your result. - Download an EOR form (here) and fill just part A as well as circle the section you are applying a remark for. - Raise a bank draft in favour of British council which cost 15K and some bank charges. - Find someone in the location where the British council office is situated and write an authority letter to apply on the person's behalf with the name appearing as it would in the person's ID card - Place the EOR, the bank draft, hard copy of your IELTS, the authority letter and a copy of your passport datapage all in one envelope and waybill to the friend. - Direct the friend to the British council and tell him/her let them know on reaching there that he/she wants to apply for EOR (Enquiry on Results) dazzol!!
