A 19-year-old teenager, Blessing, is undergoing treatment in a Lagos hospital after she was bathed with hot water by her employer, Mrs. Isioma Ezeofor, who accused her of having a sexual relationship with her husband, Mr. Chigozie Ezeofor. UrbanNG Media learnt that the victim, who hails from the Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, lived with the couple at their home on Aunty Toyin Street, Kodeibo Estate, in the Isheri Oshun area of the Lagos State. She was said to have been employed as a maid about six months ago by the Ezeofors, who hail from the Akokwa area of Imo State. It was learnt that while Chigozie, a tyre dealer, sexually assaulted Blessing, the wife, Isioma, physically assaulted her for the least offences. Matters were said to have come to a head on Sunday, when the woman returned from a trip and caught the husband caressing Blessing at their home. She was alleged to have beaten the maid to a pulp before pouring hot water on her. A Good Samaritan was said to have alerted policemen in the area to the incident, leading to the arrest of the couple. The victim was subsequently taken to a hospital for treatment. A police source said, “Since she arrived at their house, it had been one assault after another. According to the victim, when she arrived, the man pretended to be interested in her welfare and asked if she was a virgin. She said when she told him that she was a virgin, he started touching her at every opportunity. “The girl said one day, he attempted to have sex with her, and when he saw that penetration was difficult, he started having anal sex with her. The girl said each time he tried to do it, she would feel pains. She said the man would sometimes keep at it until she screamed and he would quickly withdraw. “The victim told us that while the sexual assault persisted, she was helpless because she had nowhere to run to. She was a victim of trafficking. Her guardian had handed her over to the family and her salary was what they were using to send her to school. She is in Junior Secondary School three.” The source said the woman had left the girl and her husband at home on Sunday, December 17, and came back earlier than planned when she met the husband caressing Blessing. https://www.urbanng.com/2017/12/woman-bathes-maid-with-hot-water.html?m=1 |

It was learnt that Mohammadu, from Babana Borgu, in New Bussa Local Government Area of Niger State, attacked his cousin, Farouk Ibrahim, on the claim that Ibrahim stole a sum of N3,500 which he (Mohammadu) kept in his room . “My cousin was rude to me after he made away with my N3,500. When I confronted him on the way to the farm, he told me not to disturb him, insisting that he did not take my money. He added that he needed his money, threatening a further attack on Ibrahim. He said, “What I need is my N3,500, otherwise I am going to do more harm in the family. I have two wives and two children to cater for, I need the money to take care of them.” The Police Public Relations Officer in Niger, Peter Sunday, confirmed that police operatives at New Bussa Division arrested Mohammadu for cutting off his cousin’s manhood. A policeman attached to the Igbuzo Police Division, identified simply as Sergeant Abua, is allegedly on the run after shooting a student at the Delta State Polytechnic, Sofia Ogogo, and a civil servant, Victor Emeagwai, at a checkpoint in the community. The victims were in a Toyota Corolla, driven by an estate agent, Jerry Akinlabi, when the incident happened. Ogogo and Emeagwai are Akinlabi’s girlfriend and friend respectively. We learnt that a team of five policemen, including Abua, had flagged down Ogogo at a checkpoint along Igbuzo Market. One of the policemen, identified as Nwokolo, was said to have demanded money from Akinlabi and the driver told him that he did not have N200 to give him. Nwokolo reportedly said he would take one of the N1,000 notes Jerry had on him. As Akinlabi drove off from the checkpoint, Abua reportedly shot at the car and bullets pierced the back of the vehicle, hitting Ogogo, who sat at the back seat. The bullet also grazed the back of Emeagwai, who was at the passenger’s seat. Akinlabi told our correspondent that four cops, including the team leader, one ASP Akhabue, were detained by the police, while Abua evaded arrest. He said, “On Sunday, November 17, 2017, I was driving to the Igbuzor Market and on getting to a checkpoint, I met the policemen. We knew one another some months ago when I had an issue concerning a property at the station. I sounded the horn to greet them, but they did not respond. “One of them used his gun to hit the boot and I reversed. He said I wanted to beat the checkpoint. I told him that I assumed that they knew me very well and apologised. He demanded money. I wanted to give him N100 or N200, but it was N1,000 notes I had on me and I explained to him. “He said, ‘Am I too small to collect N1,000?’ When I declined to give him N1,000, he asked me to pull over, which I did. As the argument over N1,000 got heated, I entered my car and drove off. What I heard next was three gunshots aimed at my car. “A bullet pierced into the car, hit my girlfriend’s body, came out and hit my friend in the back.” The 22-year-old indigene of Oyo State said he took the victims to a general hospital in Igbuzo, from where Ogogo was referred to the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba. He said he called a senior police officer at Asaba who notified the state Commissioner of Police of the incident. He said, “The CP and the DPO of the Igbozo Police Station came to the FMC and deposited N100,000, but I have spent much more than that. Meanwhile, the policeman who shot at us had gone to drop the gun at the station and fled. The other four policemen were detained at the command headquarters. My friend and I wrote our statements there.” Akinlabi explained that a police officer asked him to drop his car key to aid investigation. He added that he handed over the car key, but activated the steering lock because he suspected foul play. He said he met with the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 5, Benin, Edo State, who assigned a policeman to take his statement, adding that the policeman came down to the police command, Asaba, the following day. https://www.urbanng.com/2017/12/delta-policeman-shoots-student-over-1000.html?m=1

15-year-old Uttarakhand girl in India allegedly raped for several months by a school teacher has given birth to a baby girl. The victim gave birth last week, a little over two months after the pregnancy was discovered by her family who took her to hospital for stomach pains, Hindus Times reported. However, the girl’s father quoted the girl as saying, “Father, please give her away, I can’t handle all this.” She urged her father to give away her baby. "She’s been quite distressed,” the father, who is a farmer, said. The family has for the time being summoned a cousin of the victim to help take care of the child. The childbirth has hit the girl’s preparations for her board exam. Parmesh Kumar, a 57-year-old history teacher at the government school she went to, has been accused of sexually assaulting her several times. The pregnancy was discovered in mid-September and doctors then said an abortion was not possible since the pregnancy was in its seventh month. The police, meanwhile, have said that they’ll go ahead with a DNA test to establish the paternity of the child. “We will get the DNA test done (to match the DNA of the child with that of the accused) soon so that we can build a strong case against the accused,” Manoj Negi, station house officer of Kempty police station, told HT. Once formalities are done, the child may be given up for adoption through the child welfare committee if the family wishes to do so, he added. According to Hindus Times, he is currently in prison, slapped with charges under sections 376 (rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 328 (causing hurt by means of poison) of the Indian Penal Code and sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. https://www.urbanng.com/2017/11/15-year-old-pupil-raped-several-times-give-birth.html?m=1 |

A yet-to-be-identified driver of a commercial bus has been shot dead by some suspected robbers in the Mile 2 area of Lagos State. [sub][/sub] UrbanNG.Com learnt that the victim’s vehicle had been hijacked by the robbers, who were taking turns to dispossess passengers of their valuables, but he refused to let go of the bus. He was said to have been shot and thrown out of the bus. The assailants were reported to have abandoned the vehicle and fled after a team of the Rapid Response Squad pursued them on motorcycles. A witness, Liberty Whitney, who was on the bus and had been dispossessed of her valuables by the robbers, told the police that the suspects were three in number. The 20-year-old International Relations graduate of Lead City University, Ibadan, Oyo State, said the incident happened on Sunday, November 19, while she was on her way to school. Whitney said she had boarded the bus at Oshodi en route to Mile 2. She said, “It was around 9.30pm that I boarded the bus. I was the only passenger in the vehicle as of then. More people later joined and the bus had two vacant seats left. “The bus left the park and was about to pick more passengers at Cele bus stop when two men in white native attires pointed guns at us. They asked that we remained calm and do as we were told. They then joined the bus. While other passengers were screaming and jumping down from the bus, I was held by a man that had joined the bus earlier when I tried to jump down as well. Like other passengers, I never knew the man was a member of the gang. "when I made another attempt to jump down, one of the robbers pointed a gun in my face with a threat to shoot if I didn’t comply. One of them asked me for my phone, bag and money and when I was reluctant, he hit me in the neck with the butt of the gun. I couldn’t breathe well for some time. I handed over all I had with me instantly: travelling bag, polythene bag, laptop, phone, chargers and school certificates. “I was allowed to jump down from the vehicle afterwards. A few minutes later, I heard a gunshot. A man was thrown off the bus. He had hanged on the back of the bus when he was shot by the side.” She explained that after the gunshot, operatives of the RRS chased the vehicle on motorcycles. Nothing less than 1,000 pensioners under the aegis of All Federal Pensioners in Kano State on Thursday protested the death of 300 of their colleagues as a result of non-payment of their 33 per cent pension arrears for 42 months. The protest took place on the premises of Bayero University, Kano, the state capital. In a statement by its spokesperson, Malam Muhammad Isa, the group said the victims included retired workers from BUK; Federal College of Education, Kano; Dala Orthopaedic Hospital; Federal College of Education, Bichi; Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, and Nigeria Television Authority, Kano. While describing the activities of the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate as fraudulent, the protesters passed a vote of no confidence in anybody. Isa said, “We have no confidence in PTAD because it said it was going to pay us six months’ arrears but when we received alerts, it was our normal monthly pension. “You will be surprised to hear that the text message PTAD was sending to us indicated that the payment was supposed to be the 33 per cent arrears, whereas it was not so. This is a fraud of the highest order and we want President Muhammadu Buhari to investigate this and ensure prompt payment.” Link: https://www.urbanng.com/2017/11/kano-pensioners-protest-death-of-300-members.html?m=1 |
The victim, identified as Adelowo, was crushed to death around 8pm on Wednesday at the Gbagada bus stop. The accident was reportedly caused by the driver of a police van with number plate, RRS 317 LA. The driver, a policeman, was said to be drunk. An account of the incident stated that the speeding van was heading towards Oshodi when the policeman reportedly lost the control of the vehicle and veered off the expressway to the service lane, crashing into the victim, who was waiting by the roadside to board a bus. “The vehicle responsible for the death was driven by a drunken policeman who meandered from the expressway to the service lane jumping over the median distinguishing the two lanes. Number plate, RRS 317 LA,” a Twitter user, @Adavizealao, wrote. He said the policeman had been arrested. Another Twitter user, Joba, described the incident as tragic and urged the police not to brush the case under the carpet. “This is so sad. I hope the arrest is not just to keep him (policeman) safe until the heat has gone down,” the poster said. But a mechanic in the area, who identified himself only as Gabriel, said a siren attachment on the police vehicle fell on the road. He said the policeman, while trying to dodge the attachment, hit an oncoming car, which lost control and swerved to the other side of the road. He stated that the car hit Adelowo, who was by the roadside, but pointed out that the recklessness of the police driver caused the crash. He said, “There were other policemen in that pick up van. They should have cautioned the driver. He was drunk. He rammed the vehicle into the car while he was trying to avoid the fallen attachment. The other car swerved to the other side of the road and hit the man who was standing by the roadside. He died on the spot. “He lived on the estate and he just finished from a university. It was a fence by the roadside that stopped the car. The policeman-driver caused the accident and must be punished.” The gate of the victim’s parents’ residence was locked when our correspondent visited the estate. A neighbour, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the family had temporarily relocated to their family house in Ibafo, Ogun State. She said the deceased was not living with the family and had come on a visit on that day. She said, “While he was returning home in the evening, his brother accompanied him to Gbagada bus stop. He was waiting at the bus stop to board a bus when the incident happened. “He just graduated from the university. His death was painful. People cried uncontrollably. The driver of the police vehicle had been arrested.” When contacted, the father of the deceased said he did not have details of the incident, and declined further comments. “I was not at the scene. I can’t say anything,” he said. The Lagos State Acting Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chike Oti, said the policeman was not drunk. https://www.urbanng.com/2017/11/drink-driving-policeman-kills-graduate.html?m=1 |
The police in Imo State have arrested a man, identified as Akarauwa Eke, for allegedly defiling his 10-year-old daughter. It was gathered that the victim, who is a primary three pupil at Baptist Nursery and Primary School, Ihiagwa, in the Owerri West Local Government Area of the state, had been living with her father, along with her siblings, since her mother died in 2013. PUNCH Metro learnt that nobody suspected anything until the victim refused to follow her father, who had come to her school to pick her. A resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the refusal of the child to follow her father home aroused the curiosity of the people around. He added that in the course of investigation by teachers and villagers, it was discovered that the man had allegedly been defiling her daughter at home. A non-governmental organisation, Virgin Heart Foundation, said it was partnering Women of Divine Destiny Initiatives, an organisation owned by the wife of the governor of the state, to ensure justice for the girl. The founder of the Virgin Hearth Foundation, Peace Dike, said the group had taken the victim to a hospital for a series of medical examinations. Dike said, “The suspect is in police custody. We are partnering Women Of Divine Destiny Initiatives to ensure that justice is served. “We are also writing to the Imo State chapter of the Federated International of Female Lawyers to get legal aid for the girl because she has been abused by someone who ought to have protected her.” When the girl was asked the girl what led to her being abused by her father, she merely replied, “My father is doing me bad bad things.” The state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Andrew Enwerem, said the state Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, had ordered that the matter be charged to court immediately after investigation. “Under the leadership of CP Ezike, such a weighty allegation will not be swept under the carpet,” the state police spokesperson said. USA President Donald Trump on Monday declared "Deadly" North Korea a state sponsor of terrorism, returning Kim Jong-Un’s nuclear-armed pariah regime to a short blacklist of targeted US foes. “Should have happened a long time ago. Should have happened years ago,” Trump declared, announcing the designation at the start of a White House cabinet meeting. North Korea is already under a wide array of United States and United Nations sanctions, and the terror designation will not have much immediate economic impact in itself. But US officials see the designation — lifted by then-president George W. Bush in 2008 — as a way of ratcheting up the pressure on Pyongyang and especially on other states that may be failing to fully enforce the sanctions already in place. “In addition to threatening the world by nuclear devastation, North Korea repeatedly supported acts of international terrorism including assassinations on foreign soil,” Trump said. In February, Kim’s potential rival and elder brother Kim Jong-Nam died after he was sprayed with a nerve agent in Kuala Lumpur airport, in an assassination blamed on Pyongyang. “As we take this action today, our thoughts turn to Otto Warmbier and others affected by North Korean oppression,” Trump continued, underlining the legal case for the designation. US student Warmbier did this year aged only 22 after he was repatriated from detention in North Korea already in a coma. US officials allege he was tortured in custody. Trump warned that, in addition to the terror designation, Washington is preparing yet another round of sanctions to force Pyongyang to give up its nuclear missile program. “The Treasury Department will be announcing an additional sanction — and a large one — on North Korea,” he said. “This will be going on over the next two weeks and it will be the highest level of sanctions,” he warned. “The North Korean regime must be lawful and end its unlawful nuclear ballistic missile development and cease all support for international terrorism, which it is not doing.” Read Full: https://www.urbanng.com/2017/11/trump-declares-north-korea-state-sponsor-of-terror.html?m=1

Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has signed into law, the bill prohibiting secret cults, terrorism and prescribing death sentence on anyone caught in the act. While appending his signature to the bill at the Government House in Ado-Ekiti on Monday, Fayose said the law was a confirmation of the unwavering commitment of the state government to combating terrorism in the state. A statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Idowu Adelusi, said the governor frowned on the resurgence of the scourge in the state, especially among students in tertiary institutions. “From now, any person who is a member of a secret cult, whether or not the person is in possession or in control of any offensive weapon but commits the offence, is liable to conviction to death. “Any person who gives financial or material support or assistance to a secret cult or in any manner sponsor the activities of a secret cult, commits an offence under this law and is liable for conviction to imprisonment for life” he said. The governor further warned that anybody, who intentionally encouraged the organising of a secret cult meeting or activities in places such as houses, nightclubs, hotels and other places would be committed to life imprisonment. When the song, Malo was released, music followers felt it was Tiwa Savage’s gift to her husband, Tee Billz. Their marriage was once in crisis, but they’ve found a way to make things work for the better. But the producer of the hit song, Benjamin Spellz, popularly known as Spellz, insisted that it was not even in Tiwa Savage’s plans to drop the song when she did. According to Spellz, “I did two songs on Tiwa’s EP. Malo was originally my song that I planned to release this year. So, when we wanted to put out her EP, she needed one more song. I was not in Nigeria at that time and Tiwa was in New York too. It was difficult to work together; so, I said we should add Malo to the EP. “I saw it as our song since I featured Wizkid and Tiwa on it. And without their efforts, the song wouldn’t be made. I am not the type that holds on to things for too long. Since Tiwa liked the idea, I spoke to Wizkid as well and he liked it too.” He added that Malo was the last song they did and the last song they put on the EP, but he knew it would make a lasting impact upon its release. The producer added, “In fact, I don’t think we’ve seen the best of the song. When I produced Wande Coal’s Iskaba last year, I knew it would be a big song. A year after we did Iskaba, awards are still coming in for the song. How many songs do you produce and a year after, they are still relevant? In Nigeria, the lifespan of songs is just three months.” Full details: https://www.urbanng.com/2017/11/why-i-gave-tiwa-savage-my-hit-song-malo-spellz.html?m=1 |

A gang of five children aged between 12 and 14 have been caught at Idofin Elega, Abeokuta, Ogun State, for burglary. The children allegedly scaled the gate into a shop in the community around 12am on Friday. They reportedly carted away foodstuffs from the shop, but were caught by members of the Oodua People’s Congress in the area. The kids were subsequently handed over to the police at the Adatan station. A video clip of the incident was shared on Facebook by one Bola Alao-Ogbu on November 5. While being questioned in Yoruba by residents, the children blamed their action on maltreatment and hunger. None of them reportedly lived with their parents. One Musa, who identified himself as the leader of the gang, said he fled from an Arabic school, where he lived, due to maltreatment. He said his friend, Oloyede, brought the idea of the burglary. Musa said, “Oloyede and I were passing by one day. He pointed at the shop and suggested that we should go at night to steal from the shop. Around 12am when people had slept, we entered the shop. “My parents live in Ajegunle (a neighbouring community). They took me to an Arabic school in Isage. But my friend, Yinusa, and I were maltreated at the school and we fled. I have never had formal education.” Oloyede said his mother was late and he lived with his paternal grandmother in the Itoku area of Ogun State. Another kid, Yinusa, said he started living in the Arabic school after his mother died. Another child, Tunde, stated that his father lived in Lagos, while his mother resided in Soyoye, Abeokuta. He, however, said he lived with his grandmother. Full story here :: https://www.urbanng.com/2017/11/five-hungry-children-burgle-noodles-shop-abeokuta-ogun.html?m=1 |
A 13-year-old girl from Ilefunfun, Magbon, Badagry, Lagos State, has allegedly fled with a boyfriend who lives in Ilogbo, Oko Afo, a neighbouring community. The Senior Secondary School One pupil, Lawal, reportedly eloped with the boyfriend, identified simply as Akin, on October 22 and had yet to return home. According to Punch, a friend of the girl, known as Kemi, hooked her up with Akin, who is said to be an okada (motocycle) rider. It was said 21-year-old Akin and Lawal had met in a church on the day, from where she took her away. Our correspondent gathered that the case was reported at the Morogbo Police Division, but the police had yet to track Akin down. The father of the girl, Isah, a dock worker in Apapa, stated that Kemi and Akin’s parents had frustrated efforts to find his daughter. He said, “I have been searching for her for two weeks. I went to my workplace in Apapa. When I came back, her siblings told me that she went to Holy Mary Church, where Akin waited for her. The pastor of the church, a woman, confirmed to me that she saw her and Akin, but said they left before the end of service that day. I went to Akin’s house. His mother said she did not know his whereabouts and that he only came home every evening. I told the police what she said, but they said they would not arrest her. “Kemi said she knew where he passes the night. I have been begging her parents to allow her take me to the place. She was the one that introduced my daughter to Akin. He is an okada rider.” A week before she fled with Akin, I returned from work in the evening on Friday. A neighbour told me that she went out with Kemi. “When I got there, Kemi’s mother said she had gone out with Kemi to iron her clothes. She returned home the following day and I warned her not to associate with Kemi again.” The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, said the case was reported at the Morogbo division. The Jos Electricity Distribution Company has sacked 150 workers, in what its management said was part of a re-organisation aimed at optimum performance. Among those sacked across its four states of Plateau, Gombe, Bauchi and Benue were marketers, linesmen, network engineers, cable joiners and electrical fitters. Their sack letters, signed by Abubakar Mohammed, Head, Human Resources and Support Services, simply told the workers that their services were no longer required. The letters said that they would be paid one month’s salary in lieu of notice, and warned them against impersonating as workers of the company. Some of the workers, however, accused the JEDC management refusing to settle their entitlements before sacking them and also alleged that they were paid half salary in September. They also rejected management’s claims that those sacked were old and unproductive, arguing that most of them were young persons engaged “a few years ago”. Alhaji Gidado Modibbo, JEDC Managing Director, who reacted to the allegations, told the News Agency of Nigeria on Tuesday in Jos that the “weeding exercise” was aimed at ridding the company of “dead woods”. “We assess workers based on performance. Those sacked fell short of minimum expectations. Some were too old for the jobs they were handling. “We even had Faults Men that were more than 60 years and blind. We had to ask them to go because they could not climb electric poles and were not adding any value to us,” he said. He also rejected claims that the workers were paid half salaries in September, and explained that they received 70 percent of their wages because management had set a target and resolved to base salaries on it. Dr Friday Elijah, JEDC Director of Communications, who also reacted, said that the main parameter used for the sack was performance. “The performance of the workers have been generally very poor and management had always told them to sit up. “Last month, for instance, we distributed N4 billion worth of energy but realised only N950 million. It means that many workers are not productive, hence our resolve to ask them to go.” He said that some workers were sacked for extorting monies from consumers, while others collected money from customers but did not remit same to the company. Elijah said that some workers were told old and could no longer add any value to the company, while others, who were inherited from the former owners, had served for close to 40 years. The official, however, said that the company had engaged more workers than it had sacked since it took over JEDC in November 2013, “in spite of new technology that has minimised the need for manual activities”. Suspected kidnappers have killed the chaplain to the Bishop of the African Church, Ondo Central Diocese, Revd. David Ayeola. The gunmen shot Ayeola dead in a botched rescue operation after the church declined to pay the N100m ransom the kidnappers demanded. The African Church had offered N500,000 instead. Our correspondent gathered that Ayeola, the bishop, Samuel Ojo; and the bishop’s wife were travelling to Abeokuta, Ogun State, from Imojo Ekiti, Ekiti State, when they were waylaid by the gunmen on the road. The bishop, his wife, Ayeola, and the driver of the car were said to have fled into the bush. A source said, “While others escaped, the chaplain was caught and abducted by the gunmen. “They later contacted the headquarters of the church at Akure and demanded N100m. The church, however, offered them N500,000, which they turned down.” Another top leader of the African Church said the church’s leadership involved the Ekiti State Police Command in the rescue of the priest. A worker with the Eko Electricity Distribution Company, Dele Ogundele, has been hospitalised after he was allegedly brutalised by a police sergeant attached to a house reportedly owned by a former Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar. Mobile policeman, Attah Aninoko, on Thursday dragged down Ogundele from an electric pole opposite the house and beat him up for disconnecting power to the house of the former IG. Ogundele’s leg was allegedly broken by the sergeant, who was reported to have boasted that “nothing will happen.” The matter was said to have been reported to the police at the Ikoyi division and the sergeant was arrested. The Head of Corporate Communications Department, Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC), Mr. Godwin Idemudia, who confirmed the incident, said the sergeant had been detained. He explained that the house of the former IG owed a bill of N154,693.85, adding that the name on the bill was one Yusuf. He said, “What we do is that anytime customers don’t respond and pay their bills, we go out with copies of their bills. When we get to their houses, we tell them what they owe and ask if they had made any payment in the last 24 hours. If they can’t produce any evidence of such, we disconnect their electricity. “That was what we did in this case. We had two of our vehicles working in the area on that day. On getting to the house around 12noon on Thursday, October 19, a man came out and we asked for evidence of payment because we discovered that the house owed over N154,000. When he couldn’t produce it, we said we would disconnect the power. The man flared up. “The mobile policeman came out, and while our official was disconnecting the power from the pole, he ordered him to come down. In fact, he dragged the official down and beat him up. In the process, the official sustained injuries and his left leg was broken.” See full Details :: https://www.urbanng.com/2017/10/policeman-breaks-electricity-workers-leg-for-disconnecting-ex-IG-house.html?m=1 |

The 27-year-old nurse who was later identified as Grover Macuchapi, 27 is currently facing prosecution on charges of profaning a corpse and obscene acts. The police chief, Douglas Uzquiano, said the incident happened around an hour after the patient died at Hospital de Clinicas in La Paz on Monday and was transferred to a hospital morgue. He said, “Relatives of the dead woman had gone to the hospital to cancel a debt they had for the medical treatment she received. “The husband went to the morgue and saw a male nurse having sex with his late wife.” The unnamed husband told a local newspaper: “I saw what he was doing and hit him. He was moving and he had his trousers down.” The hospital worker blamed his actions on a trance. He was quoted as saying: “Something happened. It was like a dream. The next thing I remember was feeling a blow from behind when the woman’s husband hit me.” The unnamed female patient, a 28-year-old, had only died around an hour before she was targeted. Prosecutors said Macuchapi could not be charged with necrophilia because the offence didn’t exist under Peruvian law.
