why would he call them 'gay.gots' before the match even commenced.

This weekend we focus attention back to at least maintaining a 10 point lead in the most important trophy for the season.

Its Rayo vs madrid

a local derby.

we hope to at least maintain the 10 point gap on runner up, and probably increase further with help from other games
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: The Galacticos (Real Madrid Fans Only) by usbcable(m): 8:34am On Feb 23, 2012
CSKA was able to achieve success against sevilla in the return leg after a first leg 1 all draw.
so they wont be underestimated.
we coulda killed off the game but threw chances away and lost concentration when it mattered most i.e when we face a set-piece.

hopefully we should give them the lyon treatment.
arbeloa played in lyon in the first leg and their goal came from the left wing of that game(in the dying moments)
same thing happened again with coentrao playing and the set-piece goal coming from that side too.

i think it will be all out attack in the bernebau with angel hopefully returning as well as benz and definately marcelo.

Gotta love late dramas!!!!!! Today, inter and bayern all fell at the dead and yesterday, madrid threw away a win at the same dead!!! I wish these small teams go thru to next round.

Only barca won away from home in this first round. Incredible! Others were all below par and unconvincing.
I hope barca will go on and lift the trophy in Munich!
Up barca!

you wont acknowledge that his overall team performance on terms of tracking back to assist defence amd create goals for team mates has improved.

I guess there is a new meaning to 'tongue-in-the-cheek'.
And nobody mentioned average age of the team. That is not an index of continuity, but it relates to longetivity. We are talking of our youth team as breeding ground.
The scenario will be clear if Pep leaves Barca and Murinho leaves RM, then come back and see which players leave with either coach and also performance post-pep and post-RM.
As regards Neymar, you can read all articles,it was RM that wanted him but he stated his preference for Barca and since he's young and groomable, why not go for HIM.
If RM is ahead of barca, why do the players keep saying they are now at par with Barca and Bara is beatable bla bla bla?what makes a club become a reference point?
tongue in cheek, you have the dictionary/internet go figure its ''meanings and synonyms'' out.

the ever unending cantera / castilla argument sha.
barcelonas way of continuity differs from RM and look at the recent transfer market activities of RM it was mainly to clubsides that are always willing and ready to sell and sellback players to us. thats why RM usually includes the buy back clause in most of its dealings(somefin barca recently started).
we've always bought(newsflash) but when you buy you make it seem its normal to buy but shout at others when they buy that they should use home grown lads as if using outside players is a plague.
and barcelona being a reference point(something AC Milan was once likewise Ajax and even RM) is an attestation to their superb form at the present moment amongst the league of top clubsides and not that they intend employing cruyff to come oversee their respective training institutes.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: The Galacticos (Real Madrid Fans Only) by usbcable(m): 6:00pm On Feb 16, 2012
Dear God,

Thank you for granting the prayer for barcelona to loose last week and us winning as well.
Please dear God,
Kindly let barcelona loose again this weekend to valencia and RM win over racing.

Yours always.

Personally, I do not see any dip in form, but some sacrifices we are taking to get BETTER and also forming a new team(which most teams like RM not doing). The basis for this is to agree first that its not easy to keep motivating players that have won every trophy possible. You will now understand why the coach does lots of experiments with formation and players he uses and many of us have started seeing players that will soon join the main team from the youth team. Even though the coach might leave, he is already providing strategy on how to get stronger year-in, year-out. For Real Madrid, they will keep bringing out buying cheques anytime they need new players, but us, we grow players. And Pep is not doing it like Arsene Wenger;he's doing this while we are still in top form. Let's keep supporting the club, our coach and the players. Believe me, they are THE BEST!
1. the average age of RM is 25 and lots and lots of ''BIG'' clubs in europe fall within that range.
2. we have more players on loan which means they likely may end up back with the first team if situation changes.
3. who intends to buy neymar?
4. who complains more of a thin squad compared to other top european clubs. and I dont see all the slots being replaced with youth teamers.

Ronaldo's record of a goal per match in just over 120 app is not by any means such an easy act.

In madrid he is more of the main focal point to score even though he is a designated winger for the squad.
The scoring is built around him and not the play.

I quite agree that the defence system in the spanish laliga is weak compared to other leagues but it is this same defence that won the last euro cup and world cup.

He plays in almost every single game for RM and takes all the penalties(save one) and free-kicks except when he is not on the field of play.
and almost all the counter attacks involves his runs and plays.

This accounts for his efficiency in front of goal.
