Hamisu Wadume, a suspected kidnap lord in Taraba State, has been re-arrested, PREMIUM TIMES has learnt from official sources. It was not immediately clear when and where Mr Wadume was taken into custody, but a source informed about the development informed PREMIUM TIMES about it on Tuesday. Mr Wadume was sighted at the Force Headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday. The police are expected to release a statement on his arrest later. Mr Wadume was the ‘high profile’ kidnapping suspect arrested by the police on August 6. He was being driven to Jalingo by the police team when soldiers opened fire on them along Ibi-Wukari Road, killing three police officers and a civilian. The attack immediately sparked friction between police and the Nigerian Army, as well as a nationwide apprehension, prompting President Muhammadu Buhari to order an investigation. The investigation panel, which includes persons with police and military background, was initially scheduled to conclude its findings last week, but the team sought additional two weeks to wrap up. Details soon… https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/347615-breaking-suspected-taraba-kidnap-kingpin-wadume-arrested.html?fbclid=IwAR26pkL1IUaiHR0r9o8zu2jhzg09c93QKyqiDUhQfTu2q31QOeF-QFN6fmU |

A lot of you people commenting here are saying so out of ignorance, the people you see there are natives of FCT, who are protesting the planned imposition of a non native by Oshiomole and Osinbajo, FCT has only one Senate seat, and Two house of representatives, which are always won by an Indigenes because of their population far outnumber that of Non indigenes in FCT, as at now, the native aspirants and the entire FCT APC Exco want Indirect primary, because most of the delegates are indigenese and will vote for a native as their candidate. while the government candidates (non indigenes want direct primaries). btw am a native of FCT |

Nigeria Sai Wazirin Adamawa, lets Atikulate 2019 |
Proudly Gbagyiza, HML in advance my brother |
Overtime i have observed Atiku seem to posses practical and well detail plan on how Nigeria leadership issues can be handle, since 2014 APC primary election, he made available through several platforms on how to tackle Nigeria problems if voted into office, but Nigerians didn't give him the opportunity, now he is doing same and despite the hardship people are passing through under PMB, some people are still shouting Sai BABA, this time now around Nigerians should consider someone with practical records of achievements as an individual than this phantom mai gaskiya who has impoverished the masses, and for me ATIKU is the man. BTW am a foundation member of APC (CPC to APC) |
Sincerely all Fmr President are facts, life under PDP was better off, imagine a mudu of Gari i used to buy at N100, is the same am buying N700 today, as a fact this man Buhari lack the capacity to move this country economy forward, you need to see the suffering masses are going through to appreciate the past govt. APC should better do something urgent or forget 2019. btw am an APC member, since 2012, CPC to APC, and i have evidence if you doubt. cos i contested election election CPC before the merger. |
This people did not find anybody worthy of been a Nigeria President, from North Central beside the Senate President, particularly a Christian, imagine the names listed above as the best from the North, what a deluded monolithic North indeed. |
coptic:You are right my brother, i stay here and can collaborate ur statement, jukun and particularly kuteb, are very brave. |
hmmm, i envy this fellow, just my specs, especially when you have the means to take care of them |
vannessa7:Madam i sympathize with your lose, but your description of a Gbagyi person is nothing but false, for a fact, we are hospitable to a fault, which is why some people take us for granted and accuse of docility, so am curious where you got this your negative impression of a Gbagyi man from. |
