They may be another criteria for selection. I saw a person with a higher score, higher qualification, higher class of degree than his friend, but his friend was selected while he was not. Both of them reside in same place.

Though the uploading is still ongoing, even those that saw 'check back later" may see "congratulations....".

''Check back later" is what all those not selected are seeing.
