I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal.

Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha.

I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Go for glucose test,cos I had the same problem I was sick June this year,and I was diagnosed of type2 diabetes but I have stop taking any sugary drinks,of any kind and my blood sugar levels normalises after 3months.we should watch what we eat or drink,pls always go for check up

It is normal to feel tired in the morning after sleep. Except it is fatigue kind of tireness, abi eye dey turn you? Drink plenty water before sleep and ensure you sleep at least 6 hours every night.

If you are really interested in learning how to program arduino, learn embedded C and use it to program whatever microcontroller you already program with assembly. This is to help you grasp a basic understanding of C syntax. Once done, you can then learn the basic structure of an arduino sketch (pretty easy & less than 10 mins), go through the Arduino IDE example sketches, write your own blinking LED sketch and you should be solid with the basics.

Note that you'll need an Arduino board to fully understand this as Proteus will frustrate the living daylight outta ya if you are using a cracked version to simulate Arduino boards.
