In response to a booming economy and labor demands, the Czechs have made noticeable changes to their immigration policy:

"As of 24 June 2014 the Act No. 326/1999 Coll. on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic came into force. This latest amendment introduced an Employee Card – a new type of long-term residence permit in the territory of the Czech Republic where the purpose of the foreign national’s stay (longer than 3 months) is employment.

Czech "Employee Cards" are available to non-EU citizens. There is a central database from the Czech Minsitry of Labor that provides job openings for non-EU immigrants. It can be found here:

British authorities should do better job of screening HIV+ immigrants. It is not all Africans. Nigeria has low HIV/aids rate. The rise is probably due to the huge influx of Zimbabweans, some say up to a million of them live in the UK.
