The reason I dnt believe in iris's death is due to her character.
In the dc world, especially in d comics there r several non powered characters who play an iconic role in the lives of the main character...u can't just kill them off...they can't kill off iris west as she's d grandmother/grandaunt to Bart Allen and ancestor to other flashes down the line.

Iconic characters include
Louis lane to superman
Alfred to batman
Iris west to The flash
There r some more others I can't remember

If they kill her off, they would find a way to bring her back..

barackodam:
Nah, Iris death was inevitable, they can't take it upon him on that.

When Barry had failed and rejected them, and a time remnant Barry came to them, yet they rejected?

Sounds like unity is the only desktop env you've tried.
Nah..tested..several...ubuntu was comfy for me. And it made my work flow more efficient.
Though I'm on to centOs..Installed it without gui and its stressful but au contraire I'm gettn smoother with the command-line.

The reasons for Shuttelworth dropping ubuntu was for reasons of finance and not aesthetics ..as im sure most ubuntu users prefer unity over gnome.
On the long run it proves that a desktop OS is not that simple to finance

ProgrammingRe: Are There No Network Engineers On Nairaland? by uzoexcel(m): 7:07am On May 15, 2017
Its sad really
persius555:
So, how many times do programmers get to deal with the many routing protocols that tie computer nodes on THE INTERNET, LAN and WAN.

OSPF, BGP,TCP/IP,RIP,VPN,RSTP,EIGRP,VOIP etc

Like somebody said, network engineers rarely create new things. In fact the only reason you would need a network engineer is when you need to work in an environment where terminals are tied together and need to share information.

Contrary to what someone mentioned, the networking world has a vast space of field to conquer. It's more challenging and takes years and years to actually master (i am not talking of paper certification).

While the programmer has all he or she needs, packed in the laptop, the network engineer requires thousands of dollars to setup a CISCO or JUNIPER lab for a CCIE or a JNCIS-SP exam.

In short, the Network engineers man the internet, while programmers make the internet more exciting.

Financially, the programmer stands a better chance of making a million dollar at 18 years while a network engineer might have just years of career and tons of certifications to show for years of commitment.
