Please I need advice on what next to do, my agent just told me that I got denied of my student visa� with my husband as dependant
I was told it’s because of the account, I used a company’s account with the sum of 19m at the time of submitting and added my husband’s account with the sum of 4mil, I was denied because of insufficient funds. It was mentioned in my SOP that the company is my sponsor
I paid initial deposit of 2680cad
My agent said I should come and reapply since my admission is still valid till may and look for another account and I will state that the company is not sponsoring me again. And I won’t be able to go with him again.
Please house I need your advice before reapplying again

So I finally got CBSA notes yesterday. Nothing concrete. Please someone should help interprete what I attached. Summary is also below:

Eligibility: Recomend Interview
Criminality: Passed
Other Req: Not Started
Information Sharing: Complete
Medicals: Passed
Application Assignment due date: 30/12/2022

I think as a suggestion before ordering for CBSA or GCMS wait till its passed processing time of 9weeks. I ordered mine after 5 weeks mayb that's why it's not yet detailed even tou medicals was passed and eligibility has started before I ordered.

Which immigration lawyer? The ones that will charge you $3,000 CAD or USD sef? Or the ones here that will post that we want you to do it yourself but you face challenges and they request for 200k just to write sop for you? Or the one here that collected 900k to do application for someone I know...

Refusal reasons
I have reviewed the application. the applicant is seeking to study in Canada. I am not satisfied that the applicants will leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary residence. I note that the client is single, mobile, is not well established and has no dependents. taking the applicants plan of studies into account D documentation provided in support of the applicants financial situation does not demonstrate the funds will be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense weighing the factors in this application I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the terms and conditions imposed as a temporary residence. For this reason above I have refused this application.

They said funds provided are not commensurate to applicant income.
Transaction shows lump sum source of funds unknown. Concerns about funding.

I Paid just the initial $1,500 CAD for Conestoga

My 2nd application also the same thing...

Then here comes the 3rd application

And God did it

I used a third party sponsor
My cousin (affidavit of sponsorship)

I paid first semester tution of $10,000.

But along the line I requested for gcms as everytime I see APPLICATION UPDATE... I request for a new one gcms...

Along the line I got my gcms
No travel history
No previous education
Tuition fee not paid
IELTS not provided
Income no proof provided
Sponsor 3rd party relationship unknown .. income ..pre assessed ...
Family in Canada not provided ...
Medical expired ...

Immediately I saw all this concerns I tackled it fast .. I already did a new medical so I sent it... I explained every other thing to them as well all the documents they said I did not provide earlier I resent it to them again and August 13 by 9.07am 2022 on my bed I got medical request then on the 25th August 2022 I got PPR ...

I guess you didn't provide sufficient financial asset of ur sponsor and also an issue with ur career path. You can order ur gcms note for the specific reason.

Please I want to know if it's possible to just pay the first deposit of like 1600-3000 cad requested by some of the colleges for a 1year course, then use the receipt and admission letter to apply for student visa with personal pof here. Would they likely approve they application?

It’s a red flag for a Master's degree holder to go for an undergraduate diploma. However, it is not impossible to get the study permit approved if you have a strong reason for opting for the program.
2. HND is equivalent to Advanced Diploma. So, let the person apply for a Postgraduate program.

If you are not a recent graduate, VOs expect your program of study to be related to your occupation, not necessarily previous education.
Must you say you are masters degree holder. Just apply with your BSC abeg.

Hello everyone, I just found out about this forum and I hope someone on here with some experience can help me. I applied for student visa to Poland and I received a rejection on Monday based on number 8 and number 10. Please see attached. I don’t know what the issue is I want to appeal and I need help on what the issue could be because to the best of my knowledge I submitted everything.

I submitted the following :

1. All Acceptance docs from my school
2. Accomodation letter from my school
3. Payslips and employment letter
4. Proof of tuition payment
5. Travel Insurance
6. Letter of sponsorship
7. Visa application
8. Flight Reservation

school's accommodation isn't enough because it's only booking you did, you've not paid for the rent.
And the embassy needs a one year accommodation contract.
The only reason you can present school's accommodation letter is if you have paid the rent for one year.
But just the reservation by the school isn't enough.
You either pay for one year accommodation or you get an accommodation contract from any landlord.

You don’t want to go through the stress of getting turned back on your appointment day. Better apply for a new express passport in time. When you get it, update your school about it so they also update your admission documents with the new passport number.
