Is it me or is FAB the ONLY one seriously pushing for something?*came off the bench and got the job done against A.villa in d 1st leg,limped off, was exceptional AGAIN last night with his solo runz* . He believes they CAN defeat ANY team they (we) play against , but the problem is, do the others share his goals

I'll be happy seeing FAB go into history's books by becoming d youngest arsenal captain to lift the EPL, but with the way things are, i'm being forced to hold back my words. I've NOT lost faith in this team but if Wenger won't buy, then he's shot himself in the foot cause in the long run, FAB4'll wear out and Rambo CAN'T deliver like FAB does, DUDU ain't getting some @ home, so he's ALWAYS frustrated on the pitch. . Arshavin'z been cut off from his natural position, Denilson makes me panic for no good reason when a counter-attack's on.

Thank God we'll have Eboue and Song back by weekend.

DUDU's lost it already as his ONLY job on the field is to f*ckn assist the midfielders in doing HIS job, Verm's out for now (i'm thinking 2-3wks,but i know Prophet J knows the time frame ), Walcott for NOW can't match his speed with his passing technique which makes him look like a cluesless-headless chicken on d run, Vela ISN'T living up to expectations, Bendtner is looking like he just got his first footie kit.

Sadly, I suspect if Song is fit for the weekend, Wenger might play him at CB. With the way Denilson is threatening to give someone a heart attack, that can't be encouraging.

This is funny, but it's the plain truth! Playing Song as CB could backfire AGAIN with him picking up an injury, reducing our DM options as Denilson makes me watch footie with my eyes closed anytime we play. Diaby's being rushed as we speak, so he might likely make the bench for sunday (with nasri supporting denilson, allowing FAB4 to move forward and join whoever upfront)

Sunday's almost here, I smell somefin cooking and we might all be shocked when he comes!

If Arsenal loses out on the EPL this season, it's his tight-fist that caused it. He should quit being an economist for the love of me and sign fresh blood!

While we had our chances I don't think you can say it's a game we deserved to win and that's a worry. Performance wise we've been a bit below par in recent weeks and the impact our strikers are having is negligible. Eduardo was well off the pace again and it's sad to see him like that. There's no sharpness or cutting edge to his game. Arshavin was again on the periphery despite one fantastic run in the second half. We have Nicklas Bendtner back and that's a boost but in general the striking situation and the lack of goals is worrying me. Eduardo will surely miss a few games, Bendtner's just back from three months out and unless he hits the ground running will take some time to get back into his stride, Arshavin has been quiet, Theo is not a man to get you a goal and Carlos Vela was deemed surplus to requirements last night.

In midfield it'll be good to get Alex Song back, Denilson's form at the moment makes him a poor subsitute for that holding role, but with the centre-half situation the manager might well think Song is the man to cover there if needed. I don't think I'd necessarily agree with that but I could understand if he did it. Depending on Sol's fitness he might think Song is better able to deal with the threat of Rooney on Sunday and maybe the midfield might be boosted by the return of Diaby. We shall see but the big worry is that we're an injury away from having a central defensive partnership of Campbell and Sylvester and with all due respect to them I'm not sure that's a pairing that will win you trophies. And what happens if either of them gets injured? In fact, I think Sylvester picked up a knock against Stoke.

I heard Wenger had a bit accepted for Smalling, but SAF got him in the end, with Verm out injured, AW has NOOOO other option than to spend in less than 4-5 days (trademark edo), no bleeping! excuses. We MUST sign a versatile DC and a striker!
