I'm beginning to wonder about this Tobi. He has two doujutsu in both eye sockets, whereas Madara has shown what he was in his ''prime''. The question is how Kabuto was able to discern Madara demise thus endangering Tobi's disguise.
Does an Uchiha need that many Sharingan when all they need is a transplant from a family member with similar Mangekyou status? Tobi's methods reminds me somewhat of Danzou and Orochimaru.
Shisui has a good heart, Itachi confirmed; or else he would be suspect to Tobi's identity. (Him being eye-socketless 'n' all. 2. It allows the Wielder to master all 5 nature transformations completely(Jounin ninjas can master at most 2 and be able to USE at most 2 more) as well Yin and Yang release.
3. Access to Six Paths of Pain including the Seventh Path which is beyond Life and death
You already Saw the techniques pain used even though he only used Yin and Yang release techniques.

I refuse to believe that Madara died in the battle with the first hokage. Everyone was quick to dismiss the old madara as the fake one because he seemed too weak and the known madara seemed more likely because of the promise of full strength. We know madara is resilient, not someone who would die just like that and he already said that his chakra which is reputed to be strong and foul would not let him die. So i don't think one battle would have killed him,
