Secondly, has anyone tried changing campus on arrival before resuming studies. Let’s say my School has their campuses both in Brisbane and Townsville. And I wish to join the campus in Brisbane. How best can one go about it before resuming studies??

Hello guys.. I recently moved to Australia Townsville in Queensland for a 2 year Master program in MBA. And am to resume studies by May. Just settled for Accomodation and hoping to hear from gurus in the house. How best I can catch up with getting a side job just to keep up feeding and rent for the meantime.??

Please how long does it take to change from initial assessment to further assessment? Or is it possible to get a decision right from the initial assessment? Good evening guys. Gurus in the house, please I have a situation. My classes are starting tomorrow morning been 13th and my visa is not yet out. Hopefully this week.
My worry is this,
1. Am I suppose to write to my school or department about the delay in my visa ?
2. Is there any implication for reporting late ?
I don’t intend to differ my admission.
Please guys who has been in this situation and what the best way to go about it ??

Good morning guys. I just Recieved my documents to apply for biometric and medicals and found that my old passport was used to launch my visa application which expires This January. Thou I contact my agent to inform him.
What could be the implications as am supposed to resume by this February. Please the gurus in the house advice

Note:
No biometrics
Reason - Mainland China is not among the countries listed on the biometrics collection program. Although I called and emailed DHA (department of home affairs), and was instructed to attach a letter to my immiaccount regarding the situation.

“ If you are resident in a country not listed on the biometrics collection program, be rest assured that it can be waived.”

What should be my budget for medicals and biometric?. The truth is this, I paid him the 450k for just the visa fee. Now he said I should expect a WhatsApp message hopefully this weekend to follow up and book for my medicals and biometric next week.

They (other uncles ) made a lot of mistakes that is somehow affecting most youths today. Because of greed, to the point that one of my extended uncle who happens to be an importer where I do business has refused giving me goods on credits even after I proved several points to him bout my honesty.

Long story short, my late uncle made it public that my said uncle is his adopted son hence his own father is late and no one cared for him and his siblings ever since then. My take on this, don't you and your cousin just assume the rest of the family are not concern about all of this, truth is, y'all can't do it alone, you need to involve more of his family members, I believe there's more to this story that what you are narrating to us here.

My dad told me that none of his brothers Dey ready to spend penny since they know nothing bout him for over 40 years now he left. He only started talking to some members of the family 3 years ago through this my said cousin. Even when I tried to advice him forgive and let peace reign. He maintained he can only access or help anyone only if this my said cousin approves.

Your cousin should approach an immigration lawyer to ask how to get at the man's assets in connection to getting his remains back to the country then.

Yes he is just not financially buoyant to apply for a visa and other logistics. He feared he is the only family that know much of my late uncle assets

What proof does this cousin have for the claims made? If he is serious, then he could easily approach an embassy with with details he has.

He confided in me that according to his house agent (my late uncle ) they can exhume his remains in a local mortuary. He is communicating with his former co-worker and she only said that he needs to bring a lawyer since he can’t just come over to US for claims

He can't do all that alone, else his kins men will have issues with him

From there a Lawyer will be contacted by the kins men and they will take it up from there

It's a very sensitive issue and he will need wisdom to handle it

The said kins are not actually interested in anything bout my late uncle. We have a WhatsApp group for the family, no one is actually interested bcus they know nothing bout the kind of life the man lived over there and regarding the costing of bringing his remains

Good day everyone, I will go straight to the point on this, apologies for my errors in typo. I just lost one of my good uncles in US and I have this cousin of mine he believes that my late uncle used his name as next of kin in some of his assets. The problem now is how can he go about it with some vital informations at his disposal. Not forgetting my now late uncle had apparently no one before his demise last week. His wife left him 28yrs ago and he is in loggerheads with my uncles here in Nigeria even my own dad not exemption reasons because none of them gave account of every penny he sent down over 41yrs he’s been abroad. So my concern now how my cousin can get an attorney either from here or in US to help write to his bank for claims. He has a lot of evident my late uncle left with him before demise.
