Other names WWE released are:

Karrion Kross & Scarlett
Ember Moon
Oney Lorcan
B-Fab of Hitrow
Many other names and their Vice President of creative for over 15 years!! Can you imagine. I hope the released talent soar elsewhere(not necessarily AEW). I hope WWE is okay too.

They've released names o. On top of that list is Keith 'bearcat' Lee and we finally discovered the truth... 'Bearcat' was never his idea!!! How did I even believe that initially. Damn! Lol.

His booking wasn't awfull, he was booked far better than Balor is being booked now and Balor is far more talented than him

You guys should be saying the truth
look at it this way, they made him turn on his Shield bros, burn his Shield gear, gave him an awful gimmick where he was germophobic, wearing face masks, had body guards to protect him from the fans of any city he went to in order to prevent him from getting infected from their diseases anytime he walked out(I'm not making this up). They jobbed him to EC3, had Nia Jax bury him on live TV and the straw that broke the carmel's back was when he Vince asked him to shoot and say awful things at Reigns and his real-life Leukaemia issue; he refused to do it, Vince got angry and coupled with the scripted promos issue he decided to leave.
He benefitted from them, but they booked him badly attimes, turned him into a miserable lunatic(think his feud with Lesnar) refused to push him over Reigns especially when he was getting bigger pops than him and lastly it always felt like he didn't fit in.

I wouldn't want him to burn bridges, but his booking in his last run was god awful.
His alcohol issue is devastating, Punk addressed it last night. I wish him a great recovery, one of my best wrestler today.

This elephant project isn't really needed in Ebonyi for now. Personally, I feel this money ought to have been channelled to other capital project that would have impacts on the majorities of the classes of citizen in Ebonyi.
The airport after completion will be enjoyed by a very few percentage of the citizens who can afford it.
I feel from afar that the economy of the state may not be too bouyant for the maintenance of such project. If they have high patronage, they may survive but if it's otherwise, I see the project as a waste.
Most of our governors are quick to resolve on construction of airport because of their personal gains involved.
Let them look inward and embark on projects that will better a lot of citizen and not elephant project for the rich.
you're forgetting 2 words... Investors & tourism.
TravelRe: Umahi Inspects Ebonyi International Airport, Promises To Complete It by ValeeLove(m): 10:52pm On Nov 01, 2021
The last time I was in Ebonyi, it didn't even have a local airport, you would have to travel to Enugu to use one. Now this governor, who has done amazing things that have kept me dumbfounded and in disbelief is constructing an international airport in the same state. Hmmn.

On his promo work he will always be good-otherworldly depending on what he is given to work with but don't expect toomuch from his actual matches
okay, let's leave the physicals a bit and talk about the mentals, his in-ring psychology, move coordination, how he leads the matches and the other guy follows, the story he is telling in the matches, his selling... The physical things can give him a poor mark, but these other things mentioned have been GREAT since he came back. Many people complain that AEW doesn't follow standard wrestling methods, hence the phrases like "spot fest" and "Indy wrestling garbage" being thrown at them, but Punk's matches have been able to close the gap between AEW's routine matches and a stardard classic wrestling match and it's clear the company as a whole is beginning to learn from him and Bryan as regards that. He might be bronze or silver in the ring at the moment, but as an inspiration and a mentor to the younger talent, he is gold.
My hopes are still high.

That promo was good, nothing otherworldly...after the euphoria of his return died down I listened to it again and it didn't feel the same...and his subsequent promos after that have left alot to be desired unlike Cole and Danielson that have been killing it on the mic back to back...

His matches havent been great too and it's probably cos he never was God-tier in the ring (in talking Rollins, Balor and Styles level) coupled with the fact that he took years off...

And yes, a wrestler can go at 42, look at Chris Jericho or AJ Styles or Bobby Roode
I'll put it as: I have more high hopes for the guy in AEW, his promo work truly impresses me to this day and I believe he can do more though with a strong character and booking. "I'd rather take too much a bite and choke to death on success than starve on mediocrity" ~CM Punk some weeks ago. He still got it.

there's some argument going on on the internet about who benefitted more from Impact and AEW's partnership. For me I don't know, but so we are clear Josh Alexander beat Christian to become Impact champion. Doesn't that give them some cred?

There is no way he can run through everyone, he is no longer the best...there are many wrestlers that are better in the ring and have better promos now
He is boring now cos that's just how he has regressed
well I disagree. His return promo is one of the best I've heard since he left. No one has touched that level except let's say John Cena. As for his matches, he's been regarded by veterans as one of the few to actually put on standard wrestling matches in AEW today asides Danielson. He's slower that's all I can say, but I insist it's the bookings.
Meanwhile Pu7pl3, can't a wrestler still go at 42?
TV/MoviesRe: Purpl3's WWE (and Pro-wrestling in general) Discussion And Banter House by ValeeLove(m): 8:03am On Oct 30, 2021
Who agrees with me?
Some people are saying Punk's run has been boring. This is the truth, but has little to nothing to do with Punk himself; It's the booking. The goal of every wrestler in any wrestling company is competition; to be the best and have the title to prove it. When this law isn't obeyed, then there's a problem. Since Punk came his goal has been to do other things aside be the best which his catchphrase says, and what I mean by 'being the best' is focussing on being the best wrestler and winning a title. He's not doing that and it's wearing everyone out gradually, bad booking Tony. You can mention every other thing, but this is the root of the not too exciting run he's having.
He wants to help others, maybe he should manage them. He's going through ring rust, maybe he should have trained properly before stepping in the ring again. But, if he wants to wrestle and be the best in the World again, he should run though that roster and beat everyone who steps in his way till he becomes the World champion as he did times before.
That's my take.
What's yours?

Windham to AEW feels like a done deal sha but I share Pu7pl3's reservations that that roster is getting too crowded. Maybe TNA, just to build up some following outside WWE, for a start.
Impact is good, but he'll get better exposure in AEW, and Pu7pl3 is right, the roster is getting crowded. They've got a number of 90+ male wrestlers to manage.

To whom it may concern, ROH has fired every wrestler on their roster and rumours are their library is up for sale to the highest bidder.

Windham AKA Bray Wyatt's 90 days clause ends tomorrow.

What do you'll think?

After the backstage confrontation with Becky, Charlotte was reportedly escorted out of the building.
The rumors are back that once her contract is up she would be heading to AEW.

WWE SMACKDOWN REVIEWS RECAPS AND REACTIONS

This show was bookended by some of the best and worst of WWE. Let’s start with the good.
Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns lived up to at least my own expectations at Crown Jewel, with Paul Heyman managing to play both sides to maintain his spot with whomever best serves him in the moment. In this case, that ended up being Reigns, who used an assist from The Usos to defeat Lesnar to retain the Universal championship.
Lesnar, good and pissed off about this, vowed to show up to SmackDown to put the boots to Reigns in retaliation. He did just that, throwing Reigns around like a rag doll and getting especially violent with Jimmy and Jey when they inevitably joined the fray.
Seriously, I want you to look closely at Lesnar as The Usos rush him and he moves to dealing with them. That kind of speed and power in such a large man is what makes him so terrifying, and his execution is so violent you almost can’t help but feel scared for what might happen to the poor bastards he has his hands on.
It’s why I will always say that Lesnar is one of the best to ever work in WWE. You just don’t get this anywhere else.
What followed was an angle we’ve seen before, Lesnar unhinged and breaking cameras before tossing officials around and ultimately attacking Adam Pearce. He was suspended indefinitely, which is how they’re getting him off TV for a while.
It works just fine, because, again, we got to see the proverbial bull running through the china shop.
Now that Lesnar is gone, though, the focus turns back to Reigns and his seemingly strained relationship with Heyman. It’s clear there is a great mistrust there but trust and usefulness are not mutually exclusive.
It will be most interesting to see what’s next.

Now to the bad.
And my god was this bad.
WWE is often a victim of Vince McMahon’s shortsighted ways, and this is another good example of that. Despite the fact that McMahon controls every aspect of this promotion, we somehow ended up in a situation where the women’s champion on each brand was drafted to the other brand and neither lost their title before the switch went into effect.
It’s clear they didn’t plan for this even one little bit, and one need only look at the above segment to see evidence of that.
Beyond a title exchange being dumb and devaluing, they quite literally had Becky Lynch, one of the coolest characters of the past decade, and Charlotte Flair, who has quickly become one of the top stars in the promotion, acting like children fighting over toys and who would give theirs up first — complete with throwing them around and playing keep away — while Sonya Deville played the role of the parent trying to keep the peace.
When they finally managed to actually exchange the titles, Flair suggested a winner take all match, which would have been an actually interesting way of going about this, before Sasha Banks showed up to get in the way of it and Lynch just left. She literally just walked off to go to Raw, stopping long enough to say “I’ll see one of you at Survivor Series.”
Banks even smiled and said “bye” as she walked away.
This was painfully bad, one of the worst segments I can remember either of these two taking part in. What sucks is they aren’t even necessarily to blame for it.
At least it’s done now and we can move on to the next thing that won’t make any sense, when Lynch wrestles Flair at Survivor Series in a brand warfare match where Lynch will represent Raw despite spending the last year on SmackDown and Flair will represent SmackDown despite spending the last year on Raw.

The Rest
If you didn’t know
Drew McIntyre is a guy I should be far more excited about having on SmackDown than I am. He’s a big hoss type who can absolutely go in the ring. I just have a hard time connecting with him. There just isn’t much there beyond “big fella who maybe tries a little too hard.” Here, he showed up to issue an open challenge, one answered by a much deeper, far more fleshed out character in Sami Zayn. Of course, Zayn did the job, going down to the Claymore Kick as a way to firmly establish McIntyre in his first full day on the blue brand.

A ceremony was held to crown Xavier Woods the new King of the Ring. Kofi Kingston was there, and joy was had by all. I guess I expected something more of this because of who was involved, but it felt like a standard segment you would get for such a thing.

For the second night in a row, Mansoor defeated Mustafa Ali. They had a decent match. There isn’t much to say about it otherwise.

They didn’t change much of anything about Hit Row’s presentation from NXT, and that is absolutely the right call. They’ve got bars — legit, too, they’re actually good at this — and WWE finally went back to using a couple jobbers to put them over big in their debut, with Swerve Scott and Top Dolla squading up to score the team’s first win on the main roster. There’s a LOT of potential here, and that much was obvious in this first showing.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Happy Corbin is a perfect feud featuring two wrestlers who amuse me to no end with their character work involving sidekicks. By the way, if you’re team Madcap Moss over Team Rick BOOGS, get out of my face right now. It’s worth pointing out how utterly insane it is that Nakamura is more of a character wrestler in WWE considering his history, but hey, take what you can in this world, right? Corbin scored a win in part thanks to Moss, and they kept calling it a contenders match, so we can reasonably expect a title match between these two in the near future.

This show was all about setting up the new roster and showing off some new faces, which they did for some — Ridge Holland, Aaliyah, Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo, Sheamus — in the form of a brief promo backstage. To that end, it was always going to be a slower show without as much substance.

Grade: C+

lets leave Brock first. Do you guys know that Becky and Charlotte's segment was a shoot?!!! Its actually a serious issue right now. There was a real life backstage confrontation between them after the segment and Andrade tweeted about the issue. Charlotte got the heat from it.

This is funny. Not only has Brock been regarded as the guy who couldn't hold his own on the mic for years. He comes back suddenly; brings crazy mic skills along with him, and destroys Paul Heyman and The Bloodlines relationship not just once but twice! ...and guess what? He does it each time with 1 simple sentence and as cool and calm as he could ever be. IT'S FUNNY. cheesy grin cheesy grin cheesy grin
I just have one thing to call Brock...GENIUS. He looks and talks different, has clearly reinvented himself, he has done it the right way and at the right moment. It's crazy to see something worth watching in WWE these days IMO, but Brock is definitely SOMETHING.
Sorry I'm commenting now, should have dropped this last week.
PS: Paul is doing a great job too.

If WWE wants Brock to be a competitor, You think they won't do that??.

It's just business wise for them not to rush in Brock like that.

Just keep the Fans on their toes so they won't know the next move the company is trying to take
Nezzjnr I think you should be a bit more positive while calling there mishaps. Look at the pic i posted above. Let's give this company a chance. They've had a good record since they started 2 years ago. Some flaws, yeah, but they brushed it off and kept on moving. I'm just glad seeing a good alternative to the sport I love. However Tony needs to work on management ASAP. Just like Pu7pl3 said some weeks ago, it has gotten over saturated.

Honestly I get it, but please don't compare Brock with Punk. Punk is a competitor while Brock is just there for the money. Only appeared once since SummerSlam and now is going to main event a ppv with the world champ. A big draw? Yeah, but let him stay week in and out like the rest, then we can have a fair accessment.
Punk's issue is the same with AEW's issue generally. No compelling stories. Just matches. Its sad for me as a fan.

How is it bad for long term?
They had an outsider come in to beat them in their own brand on free TV. Note, at this moment they both are the biggest stars of that brand. Except WWE has no plans of truly pushing Big E I don't see how that was a good idea for him just 1 week after his World title win. If a match like this happened in the attitude era it would probably end in some sort of interferances or an abrupt end so as to make all the guys still look strong coming out and not give it all away on free TV. Everyone is happy after this match, but how is WWE gonna top this? What's their plan moving on? Who is going to take a match of Big E vs Lashley serious after some outsider made them look incompetent in their own brand. That's how I see it. Good match. Long-term, I don't see much.
