Back in the days (2008 downwards), ICPC (Independent Corrupt Practices Commission) used to be prominent,active and heard in the affairs of the nation. It's like the organisation has been sidelined or scrapped because nothing has been heard of them lately. i've tried accessing their website, all to no avail. What actually is the matter with them?
