I bought this galaxy ao3 core Samsung phone with the aim of using the hotspot to work on my computer, but my laptop doesn't see the galaxy WiFi name.

My computer sees other wifis around and I can connect my phone hotspot to other devices. But it can't be connected to my laptop.
Pls what can I do to rectify this issue
