That said, the Association should not relent. Rather they can pursue the following options.

1 Re-apply to INEC, this time request for e-copy in PDF format, which would cost less to generate and save on a drive.

2. If INEC insist on providing the certified copies, I would ask the associate to open a GO FUND ME account. On this, the Association MUST declare as follows:
- Full membership
- Poitical affiliations, if any.
- Members should be willing to commit N100000 each.
- Request interested Nigerians to donate at least N1000 towards this course.
- Publish periodically what amount has been raised.
