I think you are comparing 🍏 with 🍊. Compare apple with apple so that we will have a justifiable outcome. NCR is an old stock that has circulated properly into different hands both whales and retail investors so controlling the price can only work if all holders are in agreement just like FTGINSURE currently. But in the case of ZICHIS only the directors have the shares because of the listing by introduction. Just ask yourself this question, could the price have jumped this high if they listed by public offer? Very impossible because different holders will be happy to sell at different prices e.g #2.05 for quick ejaculators like Loco (LOL!), #2.30 for JIJOISTs like Ginalex, #3 for BILLIONAIRE preservers (deceivers) like Agba or even at #20 for Aradite holders like YMCY. With the picture painted above you can see that there will be liquidity at every junction and as such price manipulation will be impossible.

I would say the company is innocent until investigations reveal otherwise.

@the bolded, the reverse is the case here rather. The directors of ZICHIS are guilty until proven otherwise. If retail investors doesn't have the shares yet after almost one month then who has been pushing the prices if not the holders who doubles as th directors?

Honestly I jumped in on full scale yesterday morning as usual without checking back after I got busy in the office and ended up buying at #4.40 which diluted my 40% profit for the one I bought last Monday to just 19%. It is well sha, we keep watching highest Japaul will do is to hold my money for some months. It will still rise above 5-10km when it fully evolves from stone to gold. Lol! See me trusting Jegede like he is my father.

I beg help me with the new definition of 'organic' it seems the definition has changed. What I saw in ZICHIS has been outright manipulation and not in anyway related to organic. From #1.99 to #15 within 3 weeks with daily maximum growth without any fundamentals or serious expansion news. Get your funds ready to buy public offer very soon at #18 or #20.
If they no born them well let them add right issue to the offer let me see if the stock brokers that crossed the manipulation will buy their rights.

Note that people that behave like Chuka doesn't give up, now that this move has failed he will soon re-package the mill and bring out the video of ongoing production. That will be the next sustaining news. But I don't see the price going back to #6 as Oga predicted.

He should have raised like 35% of the funds through right issue at discount to existing investors and appeal passionately to existing investors to flow with him while opening the remaining 65% to the open market. That way over 50% of the funds could have been raised in which case he could have looked for institutional investors to complete the deal.

Honestly, the 3 companies you mentioned has showed me shege.
The 3 of them entered NSE with IPOs within the same period between 2005 and 2006 with ABC Transport being the first if I am not mistaking, because I am sure ABC was the first stock I bought at 0.50k and it has also delivered the highest among them so far. But honestly what 0.50k can buy in 2005 #10 being the current price can't buy today.
DAARCOM has been the worst, no Capital appreciation and no dividend as such no regard for investors only chairman and his directors dey chop. I haven't been moved to dematerialize them up till now because the value is not even worth the stress.

Because I can remember I bought their IPO at 0.50k around 2006 or 2007 before the largest NSE crash of 2008 but they didn't deliver. I still have the share certificate up till now.

Japaul may not tarry till 16-20, especially if the company can give further clarification. Just follow the volume for now. Over 200 million all bidding the max? I can't see it stopping soon. I was able to position at 2.51 when the volume showed multiple spikes and demand outweighed supply by miles. At that time the news wasn't out yet but just peaks in interest in the stock on the real-time platform.

I believe if offers starts pushing out massively perhaps around Circa #5 some of the current bidders may become jittery of becoming bag holders including me. So the chase is not expected to be sustainable at higher highs.

Except someone in thesame brokerage house as you decides to sell, in which case, the queue can be bypassed in your favour, but even then, you still have to be the earliest bid from that brokerage house.

Thanks, I didn't also know about the brokerage house part. In other words, any brokerage house can decide to favor their customers with any orders emanating in-house before the public can have access?

There's something I don't understand in the trading pattern for stocks, if you check the market list for Japual you will see a long list of trades that has happened today but for 3days now I have been queuing at the maximum amount without getting any so how is the matching done?. How come over 100 bid has been matched with offers today but some bids will go through and others will fail, is it by first come first served or how does NGX determine whose bids to match first. Gurus in the house I need your help.
