I thin we need to come up with a link to the '92 EIA acts. If it states a preliminary approval can be granted for a project of the magnitude pending the EIA findings then I think we can all agree we lived in a country which embrace mediocrity. Cap28 abeg try your best and get a link. I will also work on it when I get on the pc. I think we need to shut this idiots up. |

That country should be wiped outta map trust me. If you've ever been there then you will weep no more for Naija. In Mbabene, people think of South Africa as the UK or US. The Rand is even a legal tender in most places. Who is to blame for this ordeal? Their King, the last surviving absolute monarch in sub sahara! vivacious vivi: Over 80 percent live under d poverty line in Haiti and unemployment is pegged at 95percent in Zimbabwe! My goodness, some countries r really having it bad. But truly analysing d list, diff countries have various economic factors working against them. Syria and Zimbabwe shouldn't be on dat list but for power-hungry dictatoship type of leaderships. That's what your press or wikipedia wants you to believe. Plus GDP does not naturally translate to development or good standard of living. An average Libyan (the pre-war libya though) has a better living condition than Naija. All this billions you write up there are the ones the 3 countries derived from oil, how they spend it is the most important thing dear, and in Nigeria's case you and I know how this dough got spent! rakumiii: GDP
Nigeria - $244 Billion (2011) Angola - $104 Billion (2011) Libya - $62 Billion (2009)
Living conditions is 100 times better in Libya than in Nigeria |

We can as well conclude that the EIA has been tampered with just to make sure this devilish project occur..... I mean if a minister could be a total agreement with Lagos state government on an issue, abeg that issue needs to be reexamine, GBAM cap28: The problem with people like you is that your ignorance continues to get in the way of common sense and logical reasoning - your responses indicate to me that you do not even have basic knowledge or understanding of environmental issues hence your cavlier response to all of the issues raised by the experts who Fashola chose to ignore.
I am not going to take each of your above points and tear them apart because they are all so lacking in any kind depth or understanding of environmental issues but i will say this - does it make sense to you that a project of this nature should have been embarked upon without waiting for the findings of an environmental impact assessment - and just in case you dont know what that is, it addresses the impact that the ongoing works will have on the surrounding areas including the ocean - would you not have thought it wise that the developers wait to find out whehter they could be endangering lives of people in the surrounding areas as well as interfering with tidal movement etc? |

Little wonder she's denying the whole issues after all, a case of "I'll bury my dead" Our woman needs to learn from this, I know some arrogant career girl won't agree with my post, but do I give a damn? tbaba1234: Paintsil's wife denies assault
Police say it has secured the medical report of wife of Black Stars defender John Paintsil which indicates she was badly assaulted - but his wife, Richlove Paintsil, denies the incident.
Initial reports said Paintsil stabbed the wife close to the eye and subjected her to severe beating following a misunderstanding at their Trasacco Valley home on Friday.
She was reported to have jumped the wall of their building to a next door neighbor for protection but that did not stop John Paintsil from further attacking her.
The Black Stars deputy skipper was also said to have slapped his neighbor who was protecting Mrs Paintsil.
Mrs Paintsil was rushed to the hospital for treatment whilst her husband was arrested by the Legon Police on charges of assault and causing body harm.
But in a dramatic twist, Mrs Paintsil called the studios of Joy FM to categorically deny the incident.
She said it was only a minor quarrel which should not be aired or published, adding her privacy must be respected.
She said the police's account should also be discarded.
However, the police said the medical reports they have obtained indicate Mrs Paintsil was admitted in a critical condition.
Greater Accra Police PRO, DSP Freeman Tettey, told Joy News the reports showed she sustained several injuries including a severe cut around her eye.
He said Paintsil is still in police custody as investigations continue

The croc has been identified as the best/perfect killing machine among all animals, by perfect machine we mean the PSI he mentioned. So when next you"re messing with croc have it at the back of your mind you're as well signing your own death warrant! groovie: These bone-crushing, power-snapping, spine-crunching beasts possess extreme strength when munching on their dinner! Measured in PSI (Pounds of force on an area of one square inch) these mighty creatures pack some bite! Just so you know a strong human has a flimsy 150 PSI! 10. Lion – 691 PSI The King of the jungle has a fierce bite to rival any unwise challengers to that title. Although it does have the weakest bit of all the big cats, its razor sharp teeth make up for this. 9. Jaguar – 700 PSI The pure crushing force of this bite is strong enough to crack through the skull and pierce the brain. Best to avoid a headon collision with this type of jaguar! 8. Bear – 740 PSI As soft and cuddly as they look, you probably wouldn't want to bump into a wild, hungry bear. The 'bear' brunt of it is they have a mighty bite! 7. Alligator Snapping Turtle– 1004 PSI Despite having no teeth, these small little things don't need any false ones! There jaw power alone is enough to take off a human finger in one. 6. Tiger – 1050 PSI The cunning stealth of a tiger means when these wily creatures do catch their prey, combined with their huge, devastating bite, they won't be going anywhere. 5. Hyena – 1100 PSI With lethal force in their bite combined with their supremely strong teeth, a hyena can evendevour and digest an elephant’s bones. Getting in a fight with a hyena is no laughing matter! 4. Gorilla - 1300 PSI These guys don’t spend all their time monkeying around. With extremely strong jaw and neck muscles these apes can munch through any plant. Although vegetarian you still wouldn’t want to wind one up! 3. Hippopotamus – 1821 PSI Although they may look harmless, hippos possess the most powerful bite amongst all mammals. A word of advice, never get between a hippo andwater as they will charge at you, more people are killed thisway than by shark attacks. 2. Alligator – 2125 PSI This mean reptile has a ferocious bite and there’s no escaping the mouth an alligator. They feed by grapping and holding their preyand then they simply don’t let go. 1. Crocodile – 5000 PSI Beating their nearest rival by over double the crocodile is theultimate biting champ. With an incredible 5000 PSI it is strongly advised not to play a game of Snap with a croc! from kixtv.co.uk |

I'm not the type that knows how to argue much...Talk is cheap!..., take a crash course on game programming, graph theories, game trees, or try implementing something as simple as minimax algorithm with Alpha-beta prunning for a simple game like X and O's or even chess. Even try laying your hands on something like dijkstra's algorithm. Try creating an A.I. For any of these games, only then would you understand what i mean...Talk more of creating a more complex games like the Pro Evolution soccer you see. This isn't PHP my brother, this is basically C++ and less of JAVA. |

Iran is at the forefront of world terrorism, that's a fact you don't need americans or the germans to tell you, and one of the reasons is what the article talked about.
