This administration is working in terms of infrastructural development although Benin-Okene-Lokoja-Abaji dualizastion project is on a slow pace. Government at every level in this country is guity of this. The same roads our politicians tout as development in 2020 is what the Romans discovered in the 3rd century. Road, physical infrastructure without corresponding knowledge, mental infrastructure is no development.

No estate..The manageable areas that are Okay and relatively safe are Okene G.R.A, Inoziomi Layout.
Oro Layout is another cool area, theres light and water.
Then theres Nagazi Layout and Kabba Junction. Water is no issue here ,but light is. Its available but not predictable.
The thers checkpoint, very safe area, but the issue is water lacks therein.
So choice is yours.
