Since ur sponsor is ya mum and her acct has a good history of inflow n outflow transaction with a closing balance of 7m then I fink u re gootta go but the gap btwn when u graduated till date is much and vo will definitely raise a concern.then how u can bridge this gap is by ur employer to state in the comfirmation letter of employment in their firm's letter headed paper to u that their mode of payment is by table payment I.e by hand. Then on ya own part u have to show that by providing ya soa,it musn't be a large sum as u stated except if u're acting as co sponsor which u neve sounded like1 but aleast it must be a reasonable sum for vo to concord with the claim of employment.

missbon: I guess it's because Canada doesn't just grant you visa based on fufiling certain factors.they are not after how many peeps can come into their country. It's about how genuine this people are. If u must come to Canada den u must be financially, academically and mentally ready.

Thank you so much bro for stepping in on this case......a sponsor has every right to keep his soa to himself, no matter his reasons which cud be many.

In this case it's advisable one applies tru paper route....1. Ur sponsor can either seal the soa with d bank's confidential envelope addressed to cic which u can package with ur application. He must also state this and reasons in d affidavit of sponsorship.
2. He can send it directly like my oga said and write a letter in respect of this...not asking them he wud send at their request...but that he has sent it separately for confidential reasons...this can be done by visiting dhl or ups where he wud package d soa and send almost at d same time u'r applying(can even be done for online route)..d soa package from d courier shud carry a tracking details which ur sponsor must indicate in the affidavit of sponsorship/letter. Can't explain perfectly but I hope u get.

Its ok, persuading ur uncle to just let it go by giving it to u but if not, don't fret and don't blame him...some people can't even let their lovely wife see their soa talkless a nephew....but it'll nice for u to just hint him about d recommende cash flow and bals...hope this helps

No problem dear, yea not all phones here work there. I use two phones presently. I asked a friend there about it and he sent me links from networks there to test compatibility with my phone by putting my IMEI number on their website. The first network, none of my phones were compatible. The next one, one of my phone was. So I guess I'll use dat network when I get there. I'll just drop d other phone here so someone can use it and it won't lie waste der.

missbon: Okay pls choose ur words carefully next time.
Showing that u have past employment may actually hurt ur application.what can help u is if you show that someone is willing to employ u on return.this someone is best when it's ur sponsor.not just a stranger or someone dat has no connection with you. If ur sponsor can't do dis den a close relative is better. Pls note that it has to be a registered company. And it should be written on a letterhead paper with correct contact and signatures.Also you must be ready to write a convincing statement of purpose. Try to show it to peeps here before submitting.

Jijola: Don't say you worked at all. Just let the employer write that you assisted in research in the area you're going to Canado to focus on. Let him state it's a voluntary Graduate tutelage programme.All the best.
