Yes. Very optimistic. And especially with electricity where I'm Very very optimistic indeed. In my lifetime a letter from UK to Nigeria was 2-3 weeks, and 4 on the way back. Now I type in my living room and the entire world reads it or I can just pick up the phone.

I am very optimistic that we will one day say, "Let there be Light" and then do what we know we must do so that it can be said, "And there was Light".

Imagine what we'd then do in the remaining five days before we rest.
Go for medical check up please and this is why you are on that list

If you notice the Fulanis want everything in the south and all their policies are to take things from The south and this is why Nigeria can never be one, from oil, gas to water to land they want it all from the south.

What does the south take from the North? Even Zamfara gold is for Zamfara, imagine if that gold was found In the west or east the Fulanis would come For it

What is going on in this hell hole, why are these Fulanis choking us? They are choking us and this baggage is getting too heavy for the south to carry and remember they are the poverty capital of the world, Fulanis should leave us the hell alone because we are tired, I can't live with you no more, I am right to say I hate you because you are killing us, Fulanis leave us alone and we would celebrate and rejoice the very day that Nigeria would break up, you are choking us with your primitivity

By the way, I don't agree that "These Photos Show That Nigeria Is Already Beyond Repair".

To start with, I can go dig up tons of photos that clearly show the opposite but the reason I shall not bother is the simple fact that Nigerians have eyes and can look around and see for themselves and come report here if they don't see thousands of things to be hopeful for.

But more important is the fact that I myself aim for improvements and not for "beyond repair", me not being a fatalist but an optimist. I must be optimistic that I might become more capable of repairing that which I might not yet be capable of repairing instead of fatally blaming others. I do after all work daily to become more capable.
Optimistic after 60yrs with no electricity?

You think the people don't know?

They oppose it because Buhari is Fulani.

How can Ortom reject Ranching yet at the same time wants money for Ranching as given to Katsina.
Mumu ortom didn't reject ranching, he said he won't give his land to fulanis, ranching would be for benue people, fulanis should go and ranch on their land

Politics › Re: For The Igbos To Cede 2023 Presidency To The Yorubas. by vasel15: 12:10pm On Jul 17, 2021
obiekunie01:
The Igbos and Yorubas are always at a logger head on political issues. We seem never to agree.

Now 2023 is fast approaching and there is still serious divisions in the south especially if one look at the Yoruba supposed candidate which the Igbos don't accept at all.

After much thought on the 2023 presidency, it seems the south will lose again to the North if we don't shed our differences and present a united front.

For the South not to lose to the North, the only option is for the south to present candidates that will be accepted by the entire south and possibly North.

As an Igbo man, we are known for our peaceful approach to issues and based on that, I wish to table this suggestions and hope it finds root among the southerners and some North.

PRESIDENCY: For Ndi Igbo to support a Yoruba presidency come 2023, then they must present Rotimi Akeredolu to vie for the office of the President and Babagana Umar Zulum as his vice president.

SENATE PRESIDENT: The Senate President must be an Igbo man from the 5 eastern state and must be the person of Eyinnaya Abaribe . Also, the Speaker of the House of Representative must also be an Igbo man from the 5 Igbo states.

CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF: The Chief of Army Staff must be an Igbo man from the 5 Igbo states - if there is none qualified for the post, an Igbo man from other ranks must be promoted to the position (Baba Bubu has shown us that everything is possible).

CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF: Can be from from the middle belt region but preferably a TIV man.

CHIEF OF AIRSTAFF: Can be from any State from the Middle belt but especially from Kaduna South - must be a Christian

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF: Must be from South-South especially Akwa-Ibom or Rivers

NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER: Must be from any of Yoruba States especially Ondo

ARTONEY GENERAL: Must be an Igbo man from any of the 5 Igbo States.

CHIEF JUSTICE: Must be an Igbo man from the 5 Igbo states.

SECRETARY TO THE GOVT: Can be Yoruba man

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR, MINSTRY OF WORKS, MINISTRY OF FINANCE: MUST BE AN IGBO MAN FROM THE 5 IGBO STATES.

CUSTOMS: MUST BE HEADED BY AN IGBO MAN FROM THE 5 IGBO STATES.

FCT MINITER: Maybe an Igbo man or a Gbagi man for the first time.

INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE: Must be an Igbo man or woman from the 5 Igbo states.

IN ALL THE STATED POSITIONS, IF NO ONE FROM THE 5 IGBO STATES IS QUALIFIED, THEN ANY IGBO MAN CAN BE PROMOTED TO THE RANKS - REF: BUHARI 2015 - 2023.

With the above stated conditions fully agreed and accorded all legal backings by the two tribes, the Igbos will cede their 2023 presidential ambition and support the Yoruba - otherwise, then the reverse will be the case and the Yorubas will promise to support any one the Igbos present to view for the Presidency and the Yorubas will take the listed Igbo positions under an Igbo Presidency.

This is fair enough in my view. What do you think?

OGBEREIJEBU:
Greetings Nairalanders,

The subject matters refer;

From the visible love shown to OBI CUBANA on the burial of his mother and considering the exceptional personalities that graced the occasion with their resultant freewill donations of cash and other valuable gifts, I can comfortably say that OBI CUBANA and E-money are more appealing to ndi igbo than MNK.

This is in addition to the superiority feeling of ANAMBRA IGBOS towards other ethnic igbos...

The simple question remains which igbo personality supports Nnamdi Kanu openly?
Can't you see the low quality burial ceremony his parents had, despite been of low class royale family?

Abeg, ndi igbo ibem should learn to follow who know road.
