But I still think no amount of youtube video can do justice to that place unless you visit there yourself .winneba is another beautiful town but It was abandoned too quickly , even the zongo area are all fitted. Had it been what you are saying is true,trust me,Accra would have been filled with high-rise like Dakar since they can't go higher to skyscrapers level. For you to type about financial capacity, then, you have to talk about the number of people that benefits from the social assistance render by their govt.. Many Togolist and ivorian are under Ghanaian NHIS due to their proximity to Ghana .

In many cases , private foreign investors are in charge of those buildings.
