Well for people that don't understand the security apparatus,i am going to explain this based on my experience of how security architecture works in the seat of power,Aso rock.

It is the only the President or the Vice President that has the power either to summon/send or give orders to the security Agencies when ever there is need either to quell violence,threat or terrorism,or anything related to National Security

The office of the National Security Adviser is the only agency that gives such order,and he is answerable to the President or Vice President alone

Another office that has the mandatory right to give such orders is the Attorney General of the Federation, but the order comes to play if the President or Vice is under threat or removed from office or incapacitated to function!

No security orders can be taken from any soul,it must go through the National Security Adviser which comes from the President direct

So when people start saying it was Saraki that ordered DSS to invade the national assembly,it is regrettable,total ignorance and stupidity

If the Senate President has powers,he can also force the Security agencies to block the President or the Vice from moving to their offices as a check or even usurp the President convoy

Nobody has the powers to summon security Agencies apart from NSA which must go through direct from the President or Vice.
