Buy Benzoyl peroxide lotion and be using it as prescribed by the pharmacist. Wash ur face with clean water and buy dove plain white soap for washing your face and bathing. It will start working slowly, it won't go at once

I have this issue I'm dealing with which seems to be taking ages now.

There are these stubborn black spots in my face which refuse to go after using different antibacterial creams yet the spots are still much visible, will have to wait till dark before I go out.

Help! , its really killing me slowly as well as demoralized me. Even my confidence is no more there as I typed this.

In between I'm oily skin person.

Omo! It’s a daunting task. I am a single father of 3 wonderful kids. Their nanny sought for permission to travel but she didn’t return. I was left in the middle of nowhere. I sent an emergency email to ask for a day leave and started to look for a replacement. Then my youngest daughter caught an infection fell sick, then she passed it to the other dude… Then emails and calls from work cos I forgot to plan properly for cover. Then and then…. I was terrified… then I left the kids all by themselves and told the Older boy, 8years to take care of his siblings that I needed to go to work next day. Then I begged a total stranger to stay with them next day so I can go to work. Then and then…I found a new maid.

I see shege within 2 days..

It will work. Don't stop using it. If ur skin seems too dry after some days apply your body cream after the benzoyl peroxide application. If no negative reaction on ur skin for using it, then start using it twice a day. If there is negative reaction continue to use It once a day and apply your body cream on top of it.

this...not sure of the botanical name, but the igbos call it Uziza.

Uziza is different from the broad leave, I am from ujemen in ekpoma, I don't know the English name.
My mum taught me the soup and I have passed it on to my daughters and sons.
The menu above is OK, if u use palm fronds enough, u don't need palm oil again.
Also, never cook this soup without local spices , it's missing from the menu above, or u can ask women in the market to give u.
Alternatively u can use grounded ready made pepper soup spices.
