I know about ETC but U already bought our tickets for Nigeria and there wont be enough time to mail in the documents and get the ETC on time. My faults for delaying this process and will get him a Nigerian passport on landing.

When you do so, you'll notice this is a set up of the way Nigerian would write a letter. If it was written by your Nigerian agent processing, then all good.
