I finaly got d prep.metod 4 ma waina. -soak white rice blend wit onions. Boil little rice nd ad 2 d blend one wit 2tsp of yeast. Leave 2 rise prefarabl ovanite.den ad sugar or salt wit bakn powda. And fry in d waina mutple hole pan cald "tanda" or use fryn pan lyk u fry pancake. Eat wit stew or oda sauce.

Wat about milk or eggs . Bakin powder. ~ how i make mine- mix 1t-spoon of yeast wit warm wata leave 4 10mins. In a bowl mix 1 egg wit milk nd sugar den add in my flour til i gt btw a dough nd a bata cos wen u leave to rise d yeast wil make it kind of lose d thicknes. Lev 2 rise in a warm place 4 30-40mins stir wel again wit a strong woodn spoon den dip fry in a hot tub. U can use bakin powder instead of yeast nd de taste difrnt

Mix d powder wit warm water,blend onions nd red pepper,boild egg cut to bits, fish, salt nd oda seasonin put paste in plastic wrap nd tie. Put in boiln water 4 1hr.30mins.note d paste shuld nt b too thick nor watery. U can also use bakin pan smal size. Put little water in ur pot n check d water frequently,Add more wen nid be.

Dis mornin i tried i vry stupid nd funny mixture. Here: melt flour in oil on low heat, fried onions wit curry,pepper,egg, cray fish. Nd mixd wit d flour.nd slat. I wntd 2 just use d flour as thickner but it ended-up very tick had 2 add more water. Alas it was too much nd somhow slipry.i dnt like it but served it 2 my inlaws wit boild yam. I wonder how wat de are goin 2ru now. If u've eva made any terible mixture say it here. Nd if u were able 2 eat it.
