hi people! i have been wondering for a long time now, the type of soap/detergent i should use while washing with a washing machine.
over the years i have been using omo, klin etc. some of our clothes have colors that washes off- so we need i mild soap so that our cloths can last longer.
before we got a washing machine i use a bar soap for clothes that need to be washed gently, but i dont no if putting the bar inside the wash machine would do. please tell me the kinds of soap that will be mild on my cloths and that i can also use in a machine. so my clothes wont fade off fast oooo cos thinga are hard . tanks you all.

hi ladies, my own opinion we must not starve our selves please. me i cant do the all beans routine.some sugestions.
morning meals; whole wheat bread and juice fruit juice, fried vegetable egg and oat,akara and millet or sorhgum pap,breadwith egg and soy milk, or just fruits in the morning.
in know of somebody that take just watermelon or pawpaw in the morning or at night and a healthy not too heavy meal in the afternoon and it worked for her.
afternon meals;wheat flour semo with vegetable soup, or any soup of your choice, baked or boiled potatoes with roasted fish and vegetable salad, rice and vegetables, moi moi,beans, chicken with vegetables. you can try a variety of diffrent vegetables. from spinach, ugo water leaf. saintleaf.pumpkins, gardenegg soups, moringa leafs etc. cos there are alot of veges i dont know there english name but i hav tried dem make i no come miss yan for here . for evening you can drink/eat your soups and kidney, liver, fish. take more fruits; like avocado, watermelons, paw paw or a mixed fruit salad will do.
for snacks or cravings; tigernuts/ tigernuts milk, soy beans cheese with vegees, cashew nuts, popcorn, choacolates -what ? did i hear choacole... yes you heard well.. but do you finds on choacoltes and get back to me.ginger drinks, zobo[purple hibiscus]juice woaw how i love it with alot of ginger in it. take note , not to eat late at night especially when eating heavy meals. and drink aloy of water.

Wanted to upload d pics,but findin it difcult. Mostly in dis part of d country its used as snack. U cut it into big dices, soak in salt nd seasonings mixd with water, take it out nd fry nd eat with pepper sauce or vegetable salad. I best enjoy mine after a day or took. Nd eat with my left over spageti.d fulani people dat sells d wara nd procced milk (nono) can get u fresh milk if u request. Just follow dis proces. I no d leave de use to coagulate but dont know what its called, but dats wat de know at there level i guess. There are other coagulants u can use. As for d shape i v no idea wat de use to get dat. i made a soybean cheese recently, i learnt its also the same process with d cow milk cheese. For d soy beans, u wash nd soak d soy over night or for up to 8hrs for it to be soft that you can bite tro.2. Blend to get a smooth paste.3. Mix with hot water nd seeve.4 pour d milk in a pot nd let it boil, but u have to kip an eye on it because wen it starts boil it fils up nd pour all over u cooker.5. Wen it starts to boil u start adding ur coagulant,eithe naigari(bitter salt) not sure of d spelling but i wil look it up,but 4 me i use white vinegar.you start to add ur coagulant bit by bit until u see d cheese seperate frm d water.6. Whem it done coagulating u take a clean cloth seeve nd pour it in so dat most of d water drains out. Leavin it with little amount of water.7 take it out from d cloth. Ur cheese is ready
