Is she willing to take the supplements dedicately before you go buy something and she won't take.
If you are getting her the herbs, maybe you should hold-on abt telling her you can't yet. You could just tell her to hold on abt donor yet and cleanse her system detox then herbs and gluten free diet,for 3months and see if there is improvement.

If she still has a her period unmedicated then she has a upper hand to deal with this. Many pple with low Amh has succeded using herbs . Even if she still wants to go for ivf she can still do this to increase her chances of producing eggs.

@ Dreamsinbc, please stop avoiding your freind because she will know you are avoiding her. Instead seat her down calmly , explain things to her. Tell her you don't want the devil to come btw both of you. And befor you do it you have to seek the permision of your husband and during the procedure- before egg retreival no bd for dh and you because if you bd ,you may luckily get pregnant and she will be at a loss. So it will be better she look as the hospital to get her an unknown donor.

On another note, she should not rush into donor ivf yet, if she can do supplements it will be fine.

@safe,If you are checking your weight, you should probably not detox for long or you should do warm lemon water detox and with fruits/vegees , u no go turn anorexic no fear.
As far as you eat healthy and take everything in moderation it will not affect you. What is your current weight? Imo as far as your BMI is not in the underweight bla bla bla..... Lol. You are good to go

I have used the chinese TCM twice, but I wasn't patient to do a 3-6months treatment and I rushed to ivf. They are dried herbs u boil and take like tea. They do a guarantee certificate so you know what you are taking. No roaches! Lol.

@safe, I don't know of any TCM shop but I knw of a Korean hospital, have branches in Lagos, kaduna and Benin. They use herbs and do accupunture and massage. Heard accupuncture, wheatgrass and some other herbs I can't remember now can help reduce high Fsh level.

There also I chinese website. I once used you fill there online form with your history and they make a concotion and send it to you. It takes approximately 2wks.

There's also a gnc herbal store in Abuja you can get most of your herbs there. They aLso stock natures way product. I got this coutesy of honiepie.
