Please where can i get UK used tablet?

I got this UK used Tablet (Intel Education Aspire Tablet) and the only thing showing when you power on the tablet is the 'Settings'. Nothing else, no camera app, no file manager, nothing nothing and it's frustrating.

I have given it to the best repairers i know and they said the app to use in flashing it is not on the web.

Is there anyone that can help out?

Ps: it is android OS

This latest update on A3 is making my phone very irritating, phone just playing ringtones and notifications tones (different types) by it self for some seconds. Though it solved the heating issue and flashlight on/off when phone is locked.
Nevertheless this is quite manageable by me!.

Now your phone have got a mind of its own.

The number linked doesn't matter, try different numbers and network Airtel, MTN, Glo, 9mobile.
I tried retrieving during the night but didn't get the verification code. I later tried in the day time then the code came in.
