Picked up for 15$ GoDaddy closeouts last month April 11

I never sell since October lol.. except for one Dubai person wey send 1k offer for sedo and ran away in feb.. witch.. atleast I go use this one run go bet9ja....

The buyer was exactly who I was targeting the owner of trusspayments .com cause he had my domain in .io and .co.. and app
Also they recently changed their name from mazumago to truss payment in March...

I was going to change bin to something higher but forgot and the buyer had luck.....

He first sent offer of 2500$. I wanted to reply oh but mtn didn't let me network no gree....5 mins later the man quickly bought it at bin ..he was probably scared I would increase it....me wey dey find money ...all happened 6pm today.....make I go back into hibernation...
I for lose the domain In closeout if not for my friend who knows nothing about domain wey help me add am for cart at the right time me wey no dey house..

Also I noticed trussbank sold last year for 2500 through archive .org so it made me want to pick it more.....

Just did a checkout equivalent of 4-domains with him and his service was fast and smooth. Looking to do more business with him soon.

I would advise he maintains this positive position.

Join and follow all things domaining on social media...(you'd get loads of inspiration)

Subscribe to newsletters/mailing lists/etc - on niches that interest you... By doing so, you stay informed (and who knows - might stumble on a gem) ***Judging from my sales report you can tell these are under the Realestate niche.

I know of folks whom their "bread&butter' is the Law/Legal niche... There's also Finance & Tech... Simply put, pick a niche(s) and stay very informed in it... I believe every other thing would fall in place.

I'm nowhere close to being a guru in this craft. I'd urge you to always stay informed and be creative (some of my sales leveraged on what I saw other domainers doing/selling... )

Oh - also, there are web platforms that help you coin names (NameStall.com - is one)

Figure out a system that works for you, and perfect on it...

One of the few tatics I use for outbounding is to
1st Try make your first emails personal,

2nd Second follow up is to give an assumption like you how their work routine.

3rd Follow-up is to act familiar like you've known for a long time. This will provoke some end-users to reply you especially when it becomes obvious u aren't backing off soon, while others might swing into action. The aim is to make then act...



4th follow up: Last day of offer. Let them know Your domain can be purchased on GoDaddy and after markets. Let them know it's very fast & easy to purchase domain name. This is to force then to take action to visit and probably add to cart. Don't forget to act like you're friends now.

5th follow up: If any enduser has taken action and maybe added to cart. Go to your afternic/GoDaddy account and slightly reduce price a little. What happens is that GoDaddy automatically notifications anyone that added the domain to cart that it's price has been reduced. Your sales letter is to make them buy on impulse.

Lol. But the irony is that when they sell, they sell high. The safest thing is to manually scrap them.

I sold AutoSalesVancouver three days ago. Initially I was able to auto scrap over 1000 mails. Did all possible outbound twice. Lol. Nothing. Then I did the hard work of manual scrapping. Got 72. A week later, it sold.

Manual is the way for them. With variations in keywords o. Lol.

Fulltime? Maybe. But I don't do it 24/7 though na my main hustle. The only advice here is, keep buying. Let assume you bought 10names and no sale, don't stop. Buy more. This is how you make consistent sales. You can buy 10names this month and see how it goes. Then if the result is not enough, you can buy 20 the following month. Most important is, don't just buy to increase portfolio. Buy/reg names that you can sell. Names with quality. Put yourself in the shoes of Austin//landscapers, would you be interested in buying Austin//Affordable//Landscaping if it were pitched to you? This is one of the ways to know quality.
