bosses please help my recent domain on porkbun i changed the nameservers on dan is showing not secured connection. How can i solve it? please

Sometimes you need to break conventional rule if you're so sure of the name you want to acquire. Normally, for geo and Emd, the number of endusers is one of the important factors you need to consider. The more the endusers. The merrier.

But this particular domain has two end-users and one of them left it to expire. Immediately after acquisition late last night, I sent message to them since they are 2. As I on my phone today, I saw Dan message. I accept the offer and he paid immediately. It sold within 24 hours.

I will reveal the name after receiving payment.

Congratulations to all the resent sellers.

We are learning every day from this biz.
What I have learnt from the bosses here are:

1. While searching for names on ED, make sure you have many end-users on Google map (use map. Google. Com). The shorter the better.

2. During outbound, doing it manually is the best. ( I have tested manual and mail merge). Search your endusers on Google map, go to their sites one after the other to get leads, send your letter immediately one after the other. Get leads from Bing, LinkedIn etc if possible. But Google map is very very important.

3. Follow up periodically. Don't relent on follow up. Do even up to 5 times for each name. Arrange your names in a file (excel etc) so as to track your outbound well.

4. Get lots of sales letter and follow up letters. Ask for help if you feel your grammars are not many sense. This can turn a prospect off automatically.

5. Ask for help in closing deals if you feel you can't handle a particular prospect.

6. For newbies and others, don't forget to reinvest when you make sales. Grow your portfolio wisely. Learn from your mistakes. Try not to repeat them.

I stopped buying names last year December and focused on selling my portfolio out a little. And also to learn new things from my bosses here. I will resume buying this month.

I sold 11 names this month (portfolio size: less than 260 GEOs), all because I incorporated the above strategies. Try it lets see how it goes with you.

Please @ikhalyfah I read through ur blog carefully and must say it is truely a gem by experience. Nevertheless, i have a couple of question;

1.Please while using google map to check how many endusers directly related to ur domain do u check the websites google map brings out one by one to confirm cus i noticed time without number that most websites i see are not related...so how do you confirm that the endusers on google map are accurate nd directly related?

2.Please are you picky on Geos even when the population is above 60k? if so on what basis do u pick your geo u use in merging keywords?

So sorry for disturbing, i really wanna keep this to myself. Being an introvert i found it hard to express myself or ask of help.My questions here are very few cause i believe in figuring it out by studying and working hard than disturbing, but i have been helpless for so long that i needed to atleast talk out.

My Name is Victory, age 20. i started my domaining Journey on April 21.2021, Since then i have been striving to the end of this but unfortunately uptill now I can't get through this. Prior to this i work as a building or hardwork labourer to sponser & sustain myself in college and as well pay my bills.
But of late on December 2021, i stopped working as a labourer due to the fact that my health was at stake, the heart pain and muscle pull i have been managing started getting a little bit serious not so serious but i had to stop reluctantly after re-occuring experience. Since then it hasn't been funny with life. Before this time, on august i was given a quit notice at the place i am staying which was to expire on December 2021, so i had to use all my savings and payoff since i have no place to stay or anybody to share with.

Fortunately on December 1st after 8months on my first sale Jehovah God gave me a $100 sale on one of my domain Nc//dumpster//rental.com, honestly it was a real boost of courage and strenghth. After the sale i took a week off and studied more, came back again bought some domains,outbounded,bought more,outbounded, But uptill now i have not gotten any sale and out of that 50k only 2.359k and 8k i borrowed to a woman is remaining, home and abroad. I am so ashamed,depressed and guilty seeing that i've gotten two sales but i wanst able to balance my domaining journey and that others had only one and took it from there.
Domaining was my passion and only hope to survive like every one, but not seeing the light i desired and strived lead me deeper into depression & worries on how to survive. The thought alone that i will be graduating on August this year and is still owning lot more than anybody in school is so shameful,distressing and my only focus now.it is Hard to say and think, but i have only from Feb 24,2022 to August to seek for miracle or be a miracle, to pay off & graduate from school or dropout after my unceasing effort.

The time is short and fast approaching that is why i could'nt keep it to myself but to voice out in other not to make the wrong decision,wanted to quit school at 100L but family encouraged me not to.

Most of you guys have been in school and probably your only sponsor and have also stayed so long with out a sale, i sincerely appreciate your advice and help in whichever way u offer in other for me to see a ground in domaining and to solve out my problem, though not much time on hand but i still believe i could make a sale and payoff if mentored and guided well even in my state of challeging fund to buy domain.

First, conduct due diligence on the guy to see if he is even capable of buying from you.

Second, is his social handles represent business making activities or hobby? If he is not in business to make money, he may be reluctant to pay.

Third, be careful he is not playing hide and seek game with you. For example, I registered a domain and I approached my major potential buyer. He bucked and I was not moved because I have done my research.

Third year, as his business was growing, he saw the need to invest in a domain name and brand.

Bosses Good evening, Please help me on this lead, this man is using my domain on all his Social media Pages and email while using the miss spelled or plural as his website domain. i talked to him about the availability of the domain but he said: no Sir, Thanks. and mistakenly replied me with my exact domain on his signature and email. E really shock me y dis man prefers leaking traffic to my domain rather than purchase my domain. I, unfortunately, have just been diagnosed with Glaucoma and therefore might not be able to buy and outbound domains like I'd have been doing. I'll be limiting the use of computer and phones so as not to increase pressure and further strain my optic nerves as advised by medical experts. I was told it's hereditary but to the best of my knowledge, no one in our family history or ancestors have had something like that, but it's ok.
