SKhanmi:
MarriagemediationBoston is an inverse domain.

BostonMarriageMediation is not.

They do sell, but you need to understand SEO metrics etc. Not just pick & hope to sell.

Thanks alot I'll strictly keep off from it...
I'm aware of this but why I registered the one of Austin domain is because it has about 1600 search volume and it's c.p.c is 6.

I'll be glad to receive more of your directions...

Thanks

allandutch:
You and your screenshots are saying two different things. You claim to have study hungrily, Your screenshots suggests that you're lying. Because if you actually studied hungrily, even on this thread alone, you wouldn't go near most of the domains in your screenshots.

Even that guy that said domaining is 95% grace won't go near those domains.

If you can't read 2k+ pages, just contact iykepromotions for a paid tutorial.

Thanks alot boss..but sorry on the lying part, I disagree... can't and haven't been lazy before not on the face of hustle..
Concerning on reading 2k pages I've read alot but not up to 2kpages cus I read both the ones hear and on namepros all together...I combine them together according to a scheduled time table..
But this week I started again right from the beginning to critically read with caution, failure, and a little experience..
Thanks alot for your response, I'll be glad to hear more of your suggestion..

1. What is your goal and objective

2. Find out what works for you

3. A begineer has no business with 1000 names. You will better understand this when renewal time comes.

I started out with GEO after taking Iykes course, this didnt work out for me, i didnt find outbound easy due to non sales and my job schedule.

getting the emails and sending them one after the other was no joke.

so I switched to Brandables, I am employed so I can afford to wait for a sale. Now having seen how "easy" it is to sell brandables in the wholesale market esp for BB names. This is where i am going to concentrate my efforts on. SH owned names submission will still continue. If an enduser sale comes, great if not i wait, if i am pressed to raised funds, I sell off on the wholesale market. I sold 4BB names for 450 on the wholesale market. That experience is another days topic, with my knowledge now, those names will be sold for 1k.

As for EMD, this is also for quick cash for(look for names that are upgrades for existing domains and pitch to them) but I am also faced with the same outbound issue. I recently had to let go of so many EMD, now i have a stricter criteria for them.

I left domaining for 4-5months if not more, I learnt alot about this wholesale market and i still have lots of things to learn. you have to keep learning. Yogi solanki book is gathering dust, i am revisiting it and i just got Alex Verdea book.

Finally, I cant tell you how to spread your portfolio, you have to figure that out for your self. what works for you, what you have strength and affinity for.

one thing you should watch out for in EMD, dont go for names you think will be good for the enduser, go for names that are good for the enduser. When you go for names that has only one enduser, know that it is 50-50 so try to go for EMD that has more enduser pool

Boss I'm so much interested in brandables, please can u direct me on sources to learn and Improve both in namepros,PDF or else where..

Thanks as u respond

Quietmover:
Wow...

Well, did some digging tho for

ATAPrealty//king

They are a realty company in Indonesia and they are currently putting this domain as their website on their Facebook page.
Why don't you contact them? Try your luck.

But you might sell it lower or higher than $199 depending on their buying power.

Goodluck.

*****Modified******

You can change the casing of the word to "A Tap realty" checked some result on Google and the word "Tap realty" is well used.

You can contact them, be creative with your sale letter.

But I belief you still need some reading to do.
But this time smarter and intelligently.

Goodluck.

Goodluck bro

Thanks boss...I'll do that....
On the reading part,
I just started reading this thread again from the beginning...

I hope this one go be a blessing

Promxy94:
if not that you quoted me I wouldn't have replied this post, because many see me as the GOD GRACE guy, but its the truth without GRACE nothing happens.

But all I can say is, please Pray to what ever you hold sacred , invest quality time into the business and thirdly read wide about Domains.

Another thing you should note is majority of the the sales are also a product of hardwork and quality time plus large portfolios.

I see someone on twitter very intellect about domaining, but currently he is trying to liquidate some of his account. Except there is an urgent needs for that, I don't encourage that, because leads and sales are not something that comes everyday.

Just keep learning and developing yourself, as per your portfolios I have nothing to say about it, because I don't commend and I don't condemn.

Regards.

Thanks boss for the reply,
But I won't feel bad to hear your condemnation, it Will be a blessing if you correct, say your reasons and then advice...

I'm open to anything, that's why I listed it all here

Votumejero:
Pm me, I have a proposal for you.

Done boss please reply..

Thanks

donsharwama:
Good Morning versatilevee, my own 1cent is this... Though I dunno much but with the above domain name u listed, I'll advice u stick with GeoDomains for now so u can be able to raise funds to further venture into brandables... I don't like any of d names u listed, even the misspelling ones(I know they are intentional), u re still starting and I see no need venturing in that direction for now........... Lastly, d Geo's u have are too long.

Start small first.. at least 3 word Geo's maximum and avoid long services.

I leave d rest to the bosses and those ahead of me in this game to throw in their opinions

I stand to be corrected me sef dey struggle for d game

Thanks alot for your advice, I haven't been able to sale any Geo,but there's one that almost got sold last week to an enduser that showed interest but unfortunately after I sent her the price through Dan.com platform, she stopped responding...

Thanks

therealMcCain:
16hours of study and practice, yet you have these kind of names! what materials have you been reading?

you dont need to jeopardize your health by depriving yourself sleep just because you want to reply an enduser.

Redirect that energy to read from Page 1 or From January 1st 2021 post till date of this thread.

Thanks alot for your response,
I don't want to start listening the effort I've put, though I know to me it is still not enough...
But u Know how hard it is to get squadhelp to accept and register a domain. That's how far I went to get them to accept that..
Please I'll be eager to learn and get your advice.?
I'm loyal#

SKhanmi:
You just need to refine your mode of buying domains, avoid inverse domains, buy more and have patience, Some of us have domains renewed for years, yours are just, months?

I'll suggest moving your landing pages to afternic though, they seem to convert well for me. Leads aren't sure at DAN. So many non paying buyers.

And if you're really impatient, try out some of your names at sav, dynadot auction marketplaces at varying lower prices & see how many you will regret not keeping. I still look at my sav sales dashboard & smh.

Thanks alot for ur advice I'm so grateful..
But no verse please can u give me an example of an inverse domain...?

Good evening bosses,
It has been my prayer and a blessing coming across this thread and since then I haven't been able to let a day pass without studying hungrily...I study and practice 16hours some days having little or no sleep all to succeed cus I'm so curious and i can't sleep while my problems still remains with me, least 4hours, I even stayed up the whole night on one of my lead inother not to miss an interested end-user reply but unfortunately since my first sale on May 19 I haven't been able to make any sale despite all this... though I'm still learning and evolving but not seeing a positive result of all this makes a man downhearted....

Just don't know what is wrong, maybe lack of grace or knowledge,or I'm missing out on something..I wish I knew what it is...
Right now I'm filled up and just can't shut up and keep to my self, keep praying and repeating the same circle over.. that's why I opened up.

I'll be listing my domains and
Will be glad to receive critics, scolding, advice, help, corrections, suggestions, mocking, encouragement and direction as long as I don't repeat the circle of no reward, as long as I can survive, even if a little....
I'm sorry to disturb you guys, I'm also sorry if this irritates you...but please...

People don't like to read/put in the necessary work.
.

They all disappear when I give them link to this thread and tell them to read everything here before we could even start discussing.

Each of the times that I've done this, I end up labeled the monster that doesn't want to put them through.

They want you to waste your own time teaching them, but they don't want to waste their own time learning it themselves.

What do I know? I just needed to rant.

So true boss... some good numbers of friend I've told about this forum out of concern and with my own time just makes out something funny out of it...

IdeasPro:
This is a wonderful question that I would like to write an ebook to comprehensively answer. When I started domaining (it's my first love online anyway), I did a comprehensive business plan of how I wanted to replace my monthly salary with my online business income. I did four things concurrently within 3 months time frame.

First, I started reseller web hosting company and started advertising in Nigeria newspapers. My first customer was a road safety staff who became my long-standing friend till today. Second, I was successfully buying and selling domain names because I never stopped learning from all nooks and crannies of the internet. Third, I was building Google Adsense monetized and affiliate blog websites.

Fourth, which is the icing on the cake was that I started freelance writing business on the side. I remember this like yesterday. It was in warrior forum. I asked a guy for an ebook on website flipping and/or investing because I was not having PayPal account to pay for it. He said no and I suggested to write SEO articles for him as trade by barter. He agreed and later thanked me for the good articles. From thereon, I was opened for business in providing freelance writing services. All these happened within 90 days using the SMART principle.

Personally, I love time freedom and not just financial freedom only. So, I always work against "financial drought" in every business I venture into no matter the cost to get it right. If you've an ice cream business and a shop selling umbrellas and rain coats, you'll make sales both in dry and raining seasons. I rest my case!

Thanks boss for this inspiring story...
Please boss no verse can you help me with the e-book it will go along... I'm also a die hard broke hustler of financial freedom...
Thanks once again.
