So Atiku vs Buhari's judgement was delivered within 8 months?

Obi's supporters should learn how to have a decorum most especially on issues they have no clue about just speculations
This why agbo riffraffs lack common sense.

In 2019, presidential election was held on the Feb 23. Atiku and PDP filed their case in the tribunal on the March 15. Tribunal gave her judgement on the Sept 11, while Supreme court hers on the 30 Oct.

Use your calculator and punch, from March 15 to Oct 30, you will find out that the whole court exercise lasted within 8months. You can equally see that from march 15 to sept 11 when the tribunal decided the case, it was within 6months. Then from Sept 11 to Oct 30, it was within 2 months. So in all, the whole judgements lasted within 8months.

Kai! No wonder agbado idiots are brainless grin

Lol..
They don't even know that SC and Appeal court equally have a time bound of 2months each to deliver their judgement? Tribunal= 6month, Appeal court = 2months, Supreme court = 2months.

But for the Presidential election litigation, Appeal court doubles as Tribunal and Appellate court = 6months, then it goes straight to the supreme court= 2months. In other words, it will take a total of 8months for all the courts involved to make decisions regarding the presidential election litigation, while it will Governorship takes a total of 10months.

The answer is simple religion is the major cause of his inability to get 25% in FCT.The Christians in Abuja who are d majority overwhelmingly voted for peter obi.BAT and Atiku shared the votes of Muslims, hence d inability of either of them to 25%.
You are talking rubbish! Christians are more dominant in C. Rivers, Akwaibom, Benue, Platue, Ekiti, Ondo, Rivers, than they are in Abuja, yet he got more than 25% in those states. So how come he couldn't get it in Abuja? If you had said it's because of high concentration of elites and highly urbanized, you would have made sense, so why claiming it's religion?? Elites will always prefer to vote obi than Tinubu, that's just the bitter truth there. Just look at where Obi won in Lagos, they are all elites dominated areas.

Air vice marshall Isaac Mohammed Alfa is being touted to flag LP flag. The only way to defeat Yahaya bello thuggery and his rigging machinery is for okuns and Igalas to form alliance, otherwise, Bello will have his way. And if Dino gets that ticket, which is most likely, nothing is going to stop APC from winning by all means. Igalas as of today has 6 strong aspirants jostling for PDP flag, and up till this evening, they all refused to get a consensus aspirant. The meeting started since yesterday night, throughout the day and up till this evening, they alll refused to step down for each other. Where as Dino is the only strong candidate from West. So you can see that Dino is likely to get that ticket.

Go back to my analysis earlier and stop convulsing from your mouth. I said in my analysis that If okuns go PDP way, Ebiras go APC way, Igalas go Labour way, that it will give APC and Yahaya Bello an edge to win. Not because Ebiras have more population than Igalas, but because Bello will make sure he use violence and intimidation to suppress Igala votes and he will do same against Deno in the west, with his incumbent power and federal might, he will win. The only way to send APC packing is for Igalas and Okun to unite, which I find it very difficult or near impossible. So in the end, APC will win.

That's not a good excuse,, if he had supported Kabba person and Ebira vote for Kabba it will be a straight win for the candidate. Kabba is like a tripod stand for both Igala and Ebira, Eigher of the two must secure their support to win the Governorship of the State. So why can't Ebira and Kabba team up to produce the first Okun Governor for equity, fairness and justice.
It doesn't work that way. Okun people are too weak politically! You will see a whole local government producing 7k, 5k, 11k votes. How can you win with such numbers? Ebiras entirely can not give all their votes to another tribe, they are highly bigoted. So banking on Ebira votes as complement would result to a total failure because they will never give bloc votes like when one of their own is contesting.

It's only Igbos in Nigeria that always give bloc votes wether their own is contesting or not.

Say only what you know. Taraba/Plateau has over 80% Christians. In Kogi, Christians are at least 45-50%.

Igala - 45% Christians
Ebira - 30% Christians
Okun - 80% Christians
Yeah, you are correct! The christians are just being suppressed in Kogi. You can not name one prominent Christan in Kogi state as today. Even though they have large population.

....And PDP will simply produce someone from Igala with another Okun deputy.
Is it the PDP of today? PDP is a very useless party nah, they lack good political acumen to strategize to win election. They prefer to sell the flag for money, to a weak candidate who cannot win the main election. I can bet all I have got that Dino will win PDP ticket. Yahaya Bello knows that, that's why he's brazenly doing what's doing. He's not even bothered sef, because he's still going to win.

If Dino picks PDP ticket, Igalas Wil go to labour party. They have already positioned one prominent Igala man, Air vice Marshall Isaac Mohammed Alfa. So with Ebiras going to APC+ incumbent power, Okun to PDP and Igalas to Labour, APC will win in the end. Because Bello will make sure he suppress the votes in Igala land and Okun land, then bring bloc votes from Ebira land, and he will win.

Yeah, I think Igala and Okun are at per with population but not landmass

Igala lands is a bit more than Okun, and they have more local government.

In all this Ebiras has the least landmass and population.

And yes, Lokoja is In Okun land, but the instances around lokoja is just unpredictable
What's this one talking about? Igala alone constitute to about 45% of entire kogi population. It's Ebiras and Okun that make up 50% and others like Ogori, Bassa, Nupe constitute the remaining 5%. If all Igalas vote in one direction, Okun vote in one direction and Ebiras vote in one direction, in the end, Igalas will always win because they have the numbers. Voters in Dekina and Idah local government alone will cancel 6 out of 7 LGA in Okun side. Its only Kabba-bunu LGA that has good population in Okun side ooo, other six LGAs, nothing is there and they don't produce block votes like Ebiras and Igalas. Okuns are highly liberal to the core. They always share their votes during election even though their population is small than Igalas. That's why Yahaya bello doesn't want to give an Okun man ticket, because it will be one way for PDP should they field an Igala man.

No matter your COA, 18m monthly (over 200m annually) is enough to get your I-20 form. But for Visa, funding isn't the only reason people are denied visas, there are plethora of reasons. But on the funding part, if you can state reasons why the government is sponsoring you and your importance to them, then it's good enough.

PoliticsLagos Debunks Abolishing All Eze Ndigbo Titles ‘for Now’ by vicdom(op): 8:56pm On Apr 01, 2023
The Lagos State government said it has not abolished all Eze Ndigbo titles in the state at present, describing the reports making the rounds as “April fool.”

The clarification came following viral reports on social media on Saturday that the state government has abolished Eze Ndigbo titles in Lagos.

This came on the arrest of Eze Ndigbo, Ajao Estate of the state after releasing a video calling for an invasion of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, into Lagos for the protection of Igbo properties, especially, in markets across the state.

IPOB after being proscribed by a court was designated as a terrorist group.

According to the Eze Ndigbo, Ajao Estate,“We will invite IPOB terrorism to Lagos to protect our properties in Lagos and combat anyone against us. Let my voice go viral.”

Reacting to the abolishment of Nze Ndigbo titles in the state, when contacted, Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, debunked it.

Omotoso simply said, “It seems like April fool. Let’s ignore now.”

Meanwhile, the reports going on social media read: “Lagos State Government, LASG abolishes all Eze Ndigbo titles in the State with immediate effect, warns all Lagos State Local Government Chairmen to be at alert.”

Have you been given admission? If yes, write back to them telling them that it's impossible to get your WES evaluation within this time left. Otherwise, there's nothing else you can do. It's impossible to get your evaluation done within this short time left.

WES evaluation actually takes a minimum of 4weeks for electronic means, and 8 - 12 weeks for manual method.

fergie001:
The Appeal Court did not place Voters Register above the BVAS, the Court only said it is essential. As long the accreditation process follows both and they are both in our different laws, it is only okay that both go through same process.

It is not just the Court of Appeal saying, it is in our laws in the Evidence Act 2011.

In law, the Primary evidence is of supreme value (it is the best evidence).
1st report - server report given to Oyetola in July (unsynchronised)
2nd report - server report given to Adeleke (unsynchronised)
3rd report - BVAS Machines physically tendered before the Court with all the data in it (PRIMARY DATA)
4th report - Final Synchronisation gotten from (3) above.

The SC will not say otherwise, like I said in the morning as long as server reports are subject to human and network issue, it's a problem... See SC in Wike v Peterside

Again, on what premise did the tribunal ignore the other three reports.

Primary Data.

The BVAS machines were physically tendered before the tribunal and reports accurately submitted by INEC (i.e. 4th report). Oyetola's lawyers didn't challenge it in their final written address.

Whatever data is on the BVAS machine is the primary data, anything that comes out of it, backend server or so is secondary.

There ordinarily shouldn't be, this is what the EC8A (Statement), Voters Register & BVAs is expected to fish out.

Hear Oyetola's expert witness:

Isiaka Olanrewaju testified that he is an expert, who had operated several electronic devices, including BVAS, before, and was aware that an electoral officer might fail to submit the data imputed into the machine or that if the network was bad, the data submitted would not be successful.

Has he not supported the INEC staff's position? Did this witness bolster Oyetola's case?

An expert should be able to furnish the court with scientific analysis that will allow the Court to form its independent judgement otherwise it is valueless and worthless. (SC in Ogiale v. SPDC, 1997)

The Court of Appeal restored the supremacy of the BVAS that's why it based its judgement on a completed and synchronised Report.

SC in Okereke v Umahi (2016) by Justice Chima C Nweze JSC
[u]Furthermore, PW8 an official of INEC who testified on subpoena on the application of the appellant admitted that Exhibit GP45 (the Card Reader Report) was an incomplete document, as data from some polling units had not been uploaded to the INEC data base as at the time the report was made. The document was therefore unreliable and lacking in any evidential value. Again the Tribunal rightly rejected the report and the Court below was right to have affirmed the rejection. On these findings alone, the petition was bound to fail.

It was for these and the more elaborate reasons well marshalled in the lead judgment that I dismissed this appeal and affirmed the decision of the Court below. (This was in 2016)

In this case, the INEC still testified that it was an incomplete document that was handed over to Oyetola, any difference?
The same Justice Nweze will be on the panel, so do you think it will make any difference?

It is improper for a court of law to enter judgment for a party on incomplete and inconclusive facts or evidence. A party ought to place all relevant facts before the court to assist it to arrive at a fair and reasonable conclusion (Justice Okoro in Adim v NBC)
Guy, you sabi! Tualeh! Thanks bunch, You have it all.

. Thank you.But did the INEC produce any primary source from the BVAS machines to any of the parties involved in the case? Did INEC lawyer Anababa have a copy of primary data? How do you access the priamry data? PDP only opened one or two machines before the Tribunal ? Is that the primary data? The postion of electoral laws is clear on accreditation through BVAS. There can be manipulation of voters register as witnessed in the past but BVAS will show the real accreditation inputs .No wonder the marriage between BVAS and accreditation is lifelong as described in the Electoral law In my opinion AC has cooked a food it cannot finish. Adeleke was declared winner based on the inputs put into the BVAS. Oyetola accessed the input to prove overrvoting as accessed and produced by INEC ..Which data can we get from just opening the machines twice before the TB as demonstrated by PDP? SC will look into the anomaly.
Lol... Bros, it's evident you didn't even follow the case from the scratch. If you must know, INEC actually in defence, brought the extracted data from the BVAS machines and it was established that from the report of the BVAS, only 5 polling units recorded over-voting. But ofcourse, the tribunal decided to go with the data fram the server which recorded over-voting in 749 polling units. Remember that Adeleke and PDP accepted that there was over-voting in 5 polliing units earlier, accordingly to BVAS report, but APC was insisting that it happened in 749 units.

So to answer your case, INEC actually provided the report from the BVAS, but it was not accepted by the court.
PoliticsBREAKING: Appeal Court Sets Aside Osun Tribunal Judgement In Adeleke, Oyetola’s by vicdom(op): 1:31pm On Mar 24, 2023
The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja on Friday set aside the judgement of the Osun State Election Petition Tribunal that annulled the victory of Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party during the July 16, 2022, Osun State governorship election.

The tribunal had annulled Adeleke’s victory and affirmed Gboyega Oyetola of All Progressives Congress as the authentic winner of the poll.

The PUNCH reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission had returned Adeleke as the winner of the poll.

INEC said Adeleke polled 403,371 votes to defeat then-incumbent Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of the APC, who got 375,027 votes

But Oyetola and the APC rejected the result of the poll and headed for the tribunal.

In its January 27, 2023 majority verdict, the Justice Tertse Kume-led tribunal annulled Adeleke’s victory and declared Oyetola the winner of the poll.

However, a minority judgment by Justice B. Ogbuli affirmed Adeleke as the winner of the poll.

Displeased, Adeleke and the PDP headed for the Court of Appeal.

The Court of Appeal heard the appeal on March 13 and reserved its judgment.

But the court of Appeal on Friday set aside the tribunal judgement.
