Hey Vicjustice, In the case where the person is issue a checque of credit card. Should the person carry a credit card statement to the embassy? Can someone show Traveller Cheques to the visa agent?

Yes, you may need to provide evidence of fund as it will be impossible to show how much money that is in the credit card without the associated statement.
As for the cheque, a tenderable cheque is ok, but you may need to satisfy the visa officer with liquidating details

Hello Vicjustice. I have read and understood your main post here. But I'll like few clarification. I am single and I would be attending a Trade Fair/Conference in Germany by next year 2016. My company will sponsor the entire trip. Please note the company/business is owned by my elder sister. In your post you highlighted two of the points below:

1. The company can allocate some fund for the purpose by any of these ways:
A, Paying an appropriate amount into your personal account;
B, Issuing you a cheque with the reasonable amount;
C, Permitting you to have access into an allocated company's account.
D, Issuing you a credit card or prepaid credit card.

2. It may be relevant to show evidence of personal earnings.

3. Every passport is issued in virgin state: anybody who fulfils the requirements does have a chance.

I was given a Visa to study in a school in Florida and school resumes January. However I would like to spend Christmas with friends in Cali before heading to school in Florida. Hope at the POE I cannot be denied for entering at Cali when my I20 says my school is in Florida.

You wouldn't have any problem if you can convince the immigration officer that the original purpose of the visa remains valid

Embassies are aware of the poor documentation of Nigerians hence they accept age declaration or affidavits from Nigerians.

You wouldn't need a bank statement nor evidence of sustained employment to apply for work permit.

The total money in my account is about #200k. What are my chances? My inviter (Chinese Academy of Science) aalready paid and booked for my airfare ticket to Beijing and my Hotel reservation. Go there with your legitimate bank statement as it is: do not make any lodgement, you would be refused without question.

What you'd need is a tourist/visit visa. To apply for such, you need to be in a steady eemployment for one year.

Your uncle's sponsorship won't be accepted, he will have to explain why he is sponsoring you and what he will gain for sponsoring you: not even your parents sponsorship would be acceptable in this instance.

Your question is as good as asking how a house tenant can justify that he owns the house.

First of all, it will serve as a significance of the seriousness of your intention, and also, it can be seen as an indication that you are financially ok in your country thus reducing the risk of staying in Poland after your study. But it will be great if you have other obligations to return to Nigeria for.

It would be hard to get a student visa without full or reasoable commitment to the school which is the basis for your visa application.
One thing is certain, you will get your money back, but I advise you to check the school's refund policy for the terms and conditions.

Usually, school fees are refundable if you request/apply for the refund within their given period, so, your money can't be lost.

I recently applied for a schengen business visa at the German Embassy in Nigeria and my application was rejected, reasons based on number 8 and 9. That my information on the intention and purpose of stay is not reliabe, and the intention to leave the member state before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained. Though I submitted all the required documents during my interview. But one thing the officer asked me was my wedding and family pictures which I did not present, even as I have presented my Marriage Certificate issued by Marriage Registry.
I want to file an appeal (remonstration) to be submitted in person at the embassy, what should be my supporting documents, and secondly, am I to submit photocopies of the supporting documents or the originals?
Please I really need your opinion.

If you're appealing the decision, the question is; on what ground are you making the appeal?
You would need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the Visa Officer's decision is unjustifiable and is flawed, otherwise, you would only be wasting your time.
