dybaba: You can fund bet365 with your normal debit card, I funded my account 3 days ago with Assess visa card. As for Betfair, you can give it a try and if they reject it, then, you use another means. When it comes to withdrawing, I think your first withdraw have to be through the same mean you deposited(funded) with then other subsequent withdraw can be through other means both on betfair and bet365 (always check their FAQ on their website for issues like this).
