The old phone is still with a technician & praying it powers on

Yesterday I was watching some YouTube tutorial with my Redmi 7a, the phone hanged & I tried rebooting it & it got stuck at the Redmi logo

I tried everything didn't work. I took it to a technician & it was flashed. I lost everything that I stored in the phone memory.

That yesterday I got a a new phone - Redmi 13c

The problem now.

I set my FB with two factor Authenticator using duo mobile in the old phone. (And it got wiped away & I don't have backup anywhere)

I tried accessing my Facebook via the new phone & it keeps requesting for the two factor code.

I can't afford to lose access to my Facebook. That's where I do my business.

Please what do I do?

Yes of course. If truly he did send d courier to you as stated, what's his business with a refund? U should sort it out with nipost if indeed he's shown u evidence of sending d item through them. Would you refund money for an item you already shipped to someone before if it were you? Be sincere to yourself.

I said I have been to NIPOST office here and they said they have not seen the package and that they will call me if they do.

Seller said he has been to NIPOST office too and the package isn't there and the people at the office said they can't track it because their server is down.

Now, I'm just there. My money gone, what I ordered and paid for I didn't get it.

But as bad as NIPOST is, I don't think phone accessories should take this long(a month and few days now) to get to Abia.

Just chill and keep going to the post office to complain. I have a feeling he is genuine and since you chose Nipost, you can’t request for a refund because he offered you a better option which you turned down.

I once got a package sent to me from Europe about 5 years ago, then I was serving in Oyo state and till now I didn’t receive the package because it was sent through Nipost and the sender didn’t pay for tracking.

Just phone accessories sent from Lagos to Abia state and it has taken this long.

Nipost. Will always attach a receipt to your package on it and write the name and address of receiver on the package. Let the seller show you this images

The seller didn't send me image of packaged product, he sent just a receipt and the receipt has my name, and address.

The tracking number on the receipt isn't working.

To be honest, I've never had an experience like this before.

Even though NIPOST is bad, this stuff should be in Abia by now.

I don't want to conclude and call the seller a scammer.

I brought this here to know people's experience using NIPOST.

You should have let him send it through his preferred courier service. Besides do people still use nipost in this country? Cheap things always come with stress and frustrations.

Yes I chose the courier service - I never said the seller is a scammer.

I brought the matter here to confirm if it is really possible for NIPOST to delay items sent from Lagos to Abia for a month now.

The package can't be tracked, nothing nothing till now.

My only anger with seller, is that I asked him if I don't get the package again... would he refund me? He said no.

Truth is, you can’t confirm if you have been scammed because NIPOST dey give headache normally! They could have misplaced it too.

It’s either you were scammed or Nipost must have misplaced your item.

The problem now is that since I can't get what I ordered for - I asked seller if he will be refunding me, he said he's not refunding me.

Have you gone to Nipost office? If the goods are not there, then seller must go to whom he gave it to raise dust. Failure to do this, then he scammed you.

I have been to post office here. I met a woman at the counter, she said the package has not reached umuahia yet.

The seller said he checked post office where he sent the goods, they told him it's no longer there and they can't track it, also that there server is down.

So, for 1 month and few days now, I have been waiting.

I'm not even sure I will receive the stuff again.
