@OP, I suffered similar symptoms, Same scenario like yours, took vitamin c and zinc. Did the hot water stuff, before I started getting better. A month later, I suffered vertigo , and I was told in the hospital, I had suffered from a virus infection which caused the vertigo attack. I suspect covid-19 as the illness I suffered that never wanted to go away.
Leece: I have always loved Canada and I would love to relocate, I would love a Master's in Accounting or management but they are mostly expensive. Please kindly give me some advise especially folks who are already in Canada. Thanks in advance as I anticipate your helpful responses.

BRATISLAVA: They didn't tell me if they went for the MRI or not. It could be COVID, because the illness went on it's own and was very bad and it's like no medicine could stop it.
They've not had such issues since then except once they called me again about it. That is feeling dizzy and like veering a little bit. But nothing came of it and it passed before I came round.
There needs to be more people who come out to say if they got such an illness, too. It should be taken serious, because it's like that thing is very dangerous.
Did the doctor diagnose you with anything?
Did you do the MRI? If so, was it clear?
You mean your friend has recovered completely, no balance issues? Can you help me confirm if they still feel off balance please? The only medicine is stugeron at the beginning of the illness, then the rest is immune system fighting it..drugs slow down recovery process. No awareness unfortunately for inner problems, and it's disheartening. I haven't done an MRI yet, but I'm considering doing it. I get slightly dizzy spells recently.... Was it Labyrinthitis your friend suspected? Cos of the hearing loss? I'm just trying to figure out what this illness is all about. I've done lots of research on this, strangely my balance is a little bit worse in darkness.
BRATISLAVA: Exact same thing the person said. They had a very serious illness in which they treated typhoid, I visited left and returned , they were still treating typhoid. The test never showed typhoid tho. I helped them do two.The typhoid never cleared, but the sickness mysteriously vanished. Then the next time it struck was with the strange illness. This person was sick so sick and no real diagnoses.
I think you're onto something. Could this be COVID-19? This should be investigated thoroughly.
I think it's covid..... because I have never had any ear infections before this....or anything related to the ear. Your friend did MRI scan? Does your friend complain of bad balance in darkness? Does he still feel off balance?
BRATISLAVA: Actually you have a point. Visited this person when they had a really bad catarrh and couldn't get out of bed. They stopped eating because according to them, they can't taste the food anyway. Some 3 months later this strange illness came up.
Wait. Do you think you had Covid19 or its symptoms at any point in time? Did you have any major illness last year ending? Because that's how the person says they began theirs.
Yes I had a major illness around July last year, went for test, they said Typhoid. But the illness took a very long time to go away, I kept taking numerous drugs, I Lost my taste and sense of smell. I suspect it was Corona virus that caused the whole problem. I never had an ear infection or any infections at all, that I didn't treat. I even read a journal where a woman suffered from covid and had severe vertigo afterwards.
BRATISLAVA: Happy New year to you, and thanks for asking. I trust you are in excellent shape now.
Yes, big improvements.
They don't wash their ears any more. I don't know if it's what helped them. They can walk and talk today, but occasionally experience dizzy spells, complaining of veering to the right when walking. But the person is bubbling everywhere now, lol. I Will call it a miracle, because if you see this person before...
PS: I forgot to add concerning your previous post about hearing loss, yes. One of their initial complaint was the ear just blocking off suddenly then opening again.
Hi....I have improved but occasional feeling of Imbalance and dizziness.
I can relate because I couldn't walk also but can walk now. I wanted to ask, did the person ever suffer illness with covid-19 symptoms. Did they ever lose their sense of taste and smell before this?
I never experienced hearing loss Shas just occasional ear clicks radiating between both ears.
Not only syringing, just washing and letting any water into the canal can cause infections of the ear leading to vestibular disorders.i was shocked to know this. because water has entered mine a lot. Some are autoimmune even.
The person had vertigo and was on drugs, but like you decided to go natural, and said they were finding themselves walking to the right even on a straight line, unable to walk, talk, anxiety, headaches etc. No crackling sound was reported. I'm just surprised to see anyone experienced that, because it was so strange when I heard it.
Boss..... Happy New year How's this person you talked about....is the person able to talk and Walk now? Any improvements?

Exactly, water is dangerous to the ears. How's the person feeling now? Hope the person feel better now? Any hearing loss? Have the person gotten his balance back? It's a rare disorder, there's no awareness for stuff like this.. That's why it's strange to you...
BRATISLAVA: Asking for someone else. Saw someone give such complaints and thought it was an odd sickness. I felt it could've been a stroke or brain disease. I never knew the ears could be responsible for that. Seems that taking injections and even washing ones ears can cause this disorder. Has the anxiety reduced as the symptoms have gone away?
The ear is a delicate organ mate, I had no idea if sickness like this ever existed until it happened to me. They said it's probably viral infections that caused it, because I've never ever had an ear infection. Sometimes washing ears could be dangerous, you mean syringing? I worked on my anxiety, I wanted to take drugs but decided to go natural. I just tell myself, it's my brain over working, trying to keep my balance. The symptoms is still there, I feel off balance especially in the night, every other symptom has gone away. I still have ear crackling sounds, comes and goes.. Still have slight anxiety sometimes.... The person had vertigo? What was the main complaints? Vestibular system disorder are of many types...
BRATISLAVA: How did this illness begin? Did you experience severe pains on one half of your head? Kindly describe the symptoms in detail. I'm curious about this disease. Very rare, but it will help me in gaining knowledge, please. Thank you.
No severe pain bro, I just had this feeling of swaying, rocking while walking. I felt like I would fall while walking, before sudden onset of severe vertigo. The vertigo was so severe it looked like I had a stroke. I couldn't walk the first day without holding on to walls and chairs at home. Gradually I started walking, the hospital diagnosed me with vertigo, vestibular system disorder and I was give drug to stabilise me. Different symptoms including feeling like a drunk when walking, its worse in the night, severe dizziness, anytime I move my neck I just lose balance, red eyes which gradually went away. Cracking sounds in the ear while talking, fear of going outside the house, severe anxiety and fear. Right now I feel better but still have slight off balance feelings and I do balance excercises. Are you asking for someone or yourself?
I survived a rare form of inner ear disorder known as vestibular system disorder Couldn't walk for 7 weeks, my balance was off, walked like a drunkard, veered to the Left while walking, numerous symptoms But I'm getting better, finally able to walk and getting better everyday. I'm grateful to God, my life right now is like a second chance!
