My dear, Patience Jonathan might have (I'm not 100% sure) Estate(s), but this is not one of it(them). I just called one of my aunt who knows about Real Estate Management, and she confirmed it, she said that specific estate aint for PEJ, rather its for BUA group.

She said, the project has been on, even before GEJ became Nigeria President. So how can PEJ be the owner?.

Whichever way, the truth will be out soon, probably before the end of the week. I refuse to judge.

Guys, she owns this estate. I know that for a fact. We have relations who returned back to the country and in the process of looking for a place to buy and settle down, they were taken to this estate.thats when my cousin met an engineer he went to school with who works as one of the engineers told him who owns it. He gave him details beyond details. She also owns an estate at kuje. She took over virtually all the land from there. She also took away land at Lugbe extension. People we told to go to FCDA to be relocated because she has been given the land. She is crazy!!!

She might own Estate(s), but not this particular one.

As in ehn!!! I'm shocked with the kind of people that operate NL these days. Obviously everyone that made a comment on the first page dint go through the comments in the original video, and some dint even bother to open the link.

I took out time to read atleast 30 comments posted on the video link, before drawing my assertions. And about 5 people attested to it, that it was for BUA!!!

I wonder when some NLders will make proper research before concluding. Such a disgrace and embarrasment to the public.
