You are uploading them separately cos they both have their respective box where you're expected to upload them. However, each must not be more than 200kb.
After your uploading, a box reading "apply for redeployment" will pop up. Click on it to select your new PPA.
After this, you wait patiently for your deployment status to be updated to that of your new PPA, and you're to re download your new PPA letter carrying the name of your new PPA.

Deployment might take a little longer, because after physical verification another list will be sent of those NPower batch c applicants with 100% complete physical verification, which means the list of those that passed the physical verification

Nope, for me physical verification may take place unless there is a change of date, because not everyone may pass this stage due to some factors, like over age, impersonation etc before deployments can place. They have to see the person they are employing, not gost Personnel.

However, I still don't believe there will be physical verification without deployment. Physical verification should be done when applicants are deployed.
